I needed an emergency ceiling drywall repair done over the weekend. After calling at least 9 vendors, a couple of who said their technicians don’t work on weekends but promised to see who would be willing to come out on Saturday to do the repairs, I never heard back from them. All of this began Friday and Saturday morning. One of the vendors I had called The Trusty Handyman, left a message and forgot about it reached out to me by text on Saturday morning. Javier Promised to see what could be done and let me know and he did. A team was pulled together and the work scheduled for 6pm the same day, drywall replaced, and came back Sunday as promised, on time, to paint. The finished product is EXCEPTIONAL, Javier’s assistance, understanding and word was gold. I will never used anyone else for handy work before reaching out to The Trusty Handyman first. EXCEPTIONAL truly EXCEPTIONAL.

The The Trusty Handyman was recommended to me for some projects in my home, and I am so happy that I called them! Jorge was very professional, offered a reasonable quote, scheduled the work quickly, and was in constant touch with me and the project manager/ team. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They removed my popcorn ceiling (which is a very messy thing to do with a person living on the premises), repainted the whole townhouse, replaced my sliding patio door, and completed several other projects in only 2 weeks. The work is beautiful and they left the house clean and in excellent shape. When I noticed a small issue the night they finished, they sent a tech immediately the next morning to fix it. I will call them again when I need more work done, and I highly recommend them!

I needed my shower fixed due to poor draining and possible leaks behind the tile walls. The Trusty Handyman was one of the few companies I could find that was willing to just do a shower fix without the whole bathroom remodel. They were very clean and organized and put paper down through the whole house to keep the floors from getting dirty. They discovered more issues as the demo happened but were able to fix everything quickly. Their work was detailed and professional. The results were exactly what we hoped for and we finally have a great shower with no issues.

I recently lost my dad and had to take on a renovation project of his condo to sell it. Both bathroom vanities needed to be redone among many other things, painting, toilets, etc. This company took care of not only the custom made vanities and installation of many things, but they also had to come in like heroes and finish a paint job from a different company that I was having issues with. That being said, this company is so very accommodating and extremely competent and I would highly recommend them! What an absolute pleasure!

We had another handyman do a remove/install of a new toilet and he put in the wrong shut off valve which caused a ton of water to shoot out. We called The Trusted Handyman as referral from our neighbor. The young man that came, was super nice , knowledgeable and had fixed our valve in 15 minutes which included him looking at the valve that was installed originally, going to his van, installing the new one, turning on the main to our house and the leak was repaired. Oh, and let’s not forget, they came earlier than they told us which we were super happy about!
