I waited to write this review to make sure the trees were truly quality, and The Tree Planters have exceeded every expectation. I purchased three shady lady olive trees, an american sycamore, and a rainbow eucalyptus. When one of the shady ladies didn’t take, they came out right away, confirmed it wasn’t our fault, and replaced it under their warranty with no hassle. That kind of honesty is rare. Joel and his team were wonderful to work with. Joel even helped me fix a flat tire on my way to meet him — truly above and beyond. The ladies in the office were responsive, patient, quick with quotes, and always willing to answer my questions. I can’t say enough good things about The Tree Planters. Their integrity, kindness, and customer service are unmatched. I would absolutely recommend them and will gladly purchase from them again.

The Tree Planters were a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation with Joel, scheduling and payment process with Michelle to delivery and planting by James. Customer service, information on caring for my new tree and general response time to all my messages or calls were all exceptional. I’m looking forward to the next flush of flowers on my red bottle brush tree that will draw in butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds! And the added shade to my front yard will be most welcome as the tree matures. If you’re thinking about adding a tree or two to your landscape, I highly recommend The Tree Planters.

To be honest? Their videos and website was so polished that I thought the quote would come in super high? But they absolutely worked with me… No one else digs huge canary date palm roots out by hand- thereby avoiding so much damage to sprinkler lines, drainage, etc.? And they repaired everything! Their communication is stellar! Their crew is hard-working and professional! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I was so nervous beforehand and so pleased afterwards!

The Tree Planters were fantastic!!!! I worked directly with Michele over text messages and phone calls and it was an absolute pleasure; very responsive and made sure my job was completed to my satisfaction. I had a couple of changes to my job due to the City of Tampa’s strict tree requirements for new construction and The Tree Planters was more than accommodating with the changes. Oh… and my new 45 gallon Florida native hollies look beautiful. The planting crew did an amazing job, being careful of my new sod and keeping the hole and dirt rings contained and nicely formed. It was an absolute pleasure working with The Tree Planters. Highly recommended.

This past freeze killed my Areca palms privacy fence. I reached out to the Tree Planters and must say from the first call until the installation, EVERYONE was amazing! Michele was my first contact and was extremely helpful AND the sweetest person!! Joel provided the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable as well. I was then able to set the date for installation. James and Landon were here for the installation making sure I was happy with the layout every step of the way! Saying this is the best decision I’ve made is an understatement! from the beginning, it was clear that the Tree Planters project manager, MacKenzie, was extremely knowledgeable and very informed about the growing conditions and characteristics of the flowering trees I was interested in. She is an expert in tree care and re-planting of very large specimen trees. She answered every one of my obsessive questions and reassured me that the trees I would be getting would be painstakingly handled from the field where they were growing to transporting them to my yard 2 hours away in Ocala, Florida. The day the trees arrived I was stunned at their lushness, size and girth, they exceeded my high expectations and look magnificent. MacKenzie's planting team showed exceptional care and attention to detail in their transporting of the trees and delicate handling of their placements. I am profoundly grateful for having found the Tree Planters company because so many other tree companies just are not professional enough. This company is. The Tree Planters removed 3 Spindle palms that had bit the dust with this winter's cold nights and replaced them with 3 Pindo palms. My experience with The Tree Planters was nothing but enjoyable from start to finish. They helped me choose just the perfect palm for hardiness and esthetics and set up a short wait to the install date. The installers were efficient and courteous and did a wonderful job. We researched local palm tree growers and installers in the Tampa area, searching for a full-service company that offered a variety of options, solid reviews and stood behind their products. The Tree Planters set up an on-site appraisal quickly, most other options would not come to the house. This allowed for better recommendations along with knowledge of any challenges for actual install. We wanted mature trees, 16 to 20 foot. The Tree Planters were the only company that had the equipment to bring a tree that size into our fenced back yard without having to take down a part of the cemented fence posts. The also offer very healthily trees, a challenge in the area after the long cold snap we had this past winter. After going back and forth a few times to tweak to our exact needs (very fast responses) we purchased 3 trees. On install day they showed right on time, worked diligently but at the same time took their time to ensure all was done correctly with minimal to no damage to the yard. They took on the challenge of the tight backyard tree first and did an excellent job. The second tree was close to irrigation, water and electrical underground lines so they hand dug to ensure nothing was hit, again excellent job. The third tree was the easiest access in the front and went as planned. They took away all the extra dirt (a lot), cleaned all area trees where installed, braced them, cleaned up the entire site and made sure they meet all our needs. We could not be happier with the trees and the 4 hours they were on-site. Although the estimate was not the cheapest, you get what you pay for and based on the quality of the trees, the knowledgeable and professional install crew, and quick and clear communication we know we made the best choice. Highly recommend the Tree Planters!!

Let me begin by saying that we knew nothing about trees, shrubs, and landscaping. Add to that we live in a neighborhood that the houses are very close together. For us privacy was a must. Enter Joel, Mizelle and The Tree Planters. From start to finish, they held our hand through the entire process. Customer service with Mackenzie was top-notch. They responded to every message and email promptly. Joel designed something perfectly for our property that has absolutely taken it to another level. We definitely accomplished privacy and then some. I would also like to mention that I am disabled. We had to keep this in mind when selecting the trees that I would be able to maintain. Joel knew exactly the types of trees and plants that I would be able to manage. You see, this is the type of guidance you receive with The Tree Planters. The installers were courteous and very knowledgeable. Fast and efficient. Let’s not forget. The trees come with a warranty! The outside of our home Is absolutely beautiful.
