I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while now and I’m still continuing my treatment here. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Before starting treatment, I was dealing with numbness in my left hand, neck and back pain before going to sleep and when waking up, and insomnia that I had struggled with for many years. I’ve had sessions with Megan, Tracy and Nick, and they are all absolutely brilliant. They are professional, kind, friendly and make every appointment so enjoyable. We always have lovely conversations and plenty of laughs, which makes such a difference. From the moment you walk into reception, all the ladies that I've met Sharon & Kate are absolutely wonderful and always make you feel welcome. Since starting my treatment, the difference has been incredible. I no longer have any pain at all, the numbness in my hand has completely gone and after 29 years, I’m finally no longer struggling with the insomnia I’ve had since I was young. I’m still attending the clinic regularly and every time I leave, I feel like I’ve had therapy for both my body and my mind. Not only does my body feel so much better but I always leave in such a happy, positive mood. I genuinely recommend this clinic with all my heart. The whole team is amazing and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and they are keep doing for me. 💚

I had an adjustment with Meg for pain and stiffness in my neck and mid back, and I’m really pleased with the results. She was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I noticed a big improvement after the treatment and left feeling much looser and more comfortable. I’d highly recommend Meg to anyone looking for a knowledgeable chiropractor!

Professional, personal and friendly approach from all the team at the clinic. I visited the Thames Clinic in September for a Spinal Assessment, which included an examination, a digital postural analysis, and a full spinal x-ray. This produced a detailed spinal health report. Tracy was excellent in explaining the findings, and suggested a block of appointments to adjust my spine and improve my slightly stooped posture. Alongside an exercise plan, I am really pleased with my progress and the professional, personal and friendly approach from all the team at the clinic. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Tracy at The Thames Clinic for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. I first went to her after repeatedly struggling with a bad back, and not only did she help resolve that, she also treated a chronic neck pain I had been dealing with for years. Tracy is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable — she makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She really cares about her patients and it shows in the results. The reception staff are also fantastic, friendly and welcoming which makes the whole experience even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracy and her team to anyone looking for exceptional chiropractic care.

I have used the Thames Clinic for many years to help relieve the back pain from childhood scoliosis. I was a little nervous about new owners but couldn't believe my luck when at my first appointment I was told that Nick was also a scoliosis specialist. I wasn't in good shape after lockdown, but the new treatment has worked wonders. I have improved so much & the level of care has been first class, thank you Nick. I would highly recommend this professional & friendly team! 12/2025 I have a life long condition which Nick has been treating me for 5 years. He has encouraged me to continue dancing which is key for me to keep mobile. I have every confidence in the whole team at the Thames.
