My girlfriend got me a day pass to Synchronicity for my birthday, and we had a great time.
We kicked things off with a fitness class led by Chloe. After that, we moved through several stations—Normatec compression, massage chairs, salt booth, infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and steam sauna. Each one was easy to access and clearly maintained, and the entire facility was clean and well-organized.
Chloe and Kaleigh were helpful and friendly throughout the entire visit, and the overall vibe was very welcoming. Even the other guests welcomed us.
At one point, Chloe gave us a quick impromptu tour and mentioned the memberships. I appreciated that it was informative without turning into a pitch. Even when we left, Kaleigh thanked us for coming in and said she hopes to see us come back. It was friendly and professional... and again, no pitch.
Start to finish, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love SYNC! The people, culture, and staff are incredible, making me look forward to every visit. All of the members are encouraging and very friendly. Brian is one of the most positive and inspiring people I know. If you’re looking to step out of your comfort zone, challenge yourself, and grow, I highly recommend joining!

Since joining Sync two years ago I never could have imagined the impact this wellness center would have had on me physically and mentally. Feeling the benefits of the Cold Plunge and the outdoor Sauna has made when it comes to recovery from marathon training and day to day life has been remarkable. The entire staff at Sync provides a positive community vibe and you can really tell they enjoy helping others by creating fun events that challenge you to push yourself out of your comfort zone to help you grow! Would highly recommend Sync to anyone, it’s truly a one of a kind wellness center! Thank you Sync Staff!!

Synchronicity is amazing! I've been a member since they first opened and not only do they have an amazing facility with a variety of wellness stations (my favorites being the sauna and cold plunge), they have great classes and the most amazing team members. If you're looking for a great community that promotes being the best version of you and gives you the opportunity to connect with other like minded individuals, there is no better better place!
The team at Synchroncity is great. They offer a welcoming environment that promotes mental and physical wellness mixed with a bit of fun. The facilites are always clean and I love the choice of wellness activities from yoga to saunas.

Wonderful place. Great sauna, cold plunge, and yoga. Very relaxing atmosphere. Somewhat expensive but worth the investment in your health and well being.
