The first time we saw The Party Factor, we were so obsessed that we took one of their business cards. When it came time to plan our wedding, hiring The Party Factor was a no brainer! We saw The Party Factor perform at another wedding this past summer and danced the night away. The energy that they bring to a reception is unmatched!! We worked with Rick to plan out all of the details of our night. Rick was able to balance the use of mp3 music with the band’s talent to make our cocktail hour, entrance into the reception, and family dances seamless! Sergei set us up with beautiful uplighting to transform our reception space. Communication with the team was easy and positive. After our wedding, family and friends continued to rave about the engagement and interactivity of the band on the dancefloor.

Amazing performance at the Wedding in Bershires I had the absolute pleasure of working with The Sweetbeats Band as a wedding planner for my client's wedding, and they were nothing short of extraordinary. As a planner, I collaborate with many entertainment teams, but The Sweetbeats Band truly stands out on every level. From the moment the music started, the energy in the reception room shifted. Guests from all over the world—different ages, different backgrounds—were on the dance floor all night. The band didn’t just play music; they created a shared experience that brought everyone together. It was seamless, electric, and unforgettable. Serge, UV, and the entire Sweetbeats team were an absolute dream to work with. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly open to tailoring every detail to match my couple’s vision. Their talent is undeniable, but what impressed me even more was their heart. Everyone cared deeply about making the night perfect, and it showed in every song, every transition, every moment. The Sweetbeats are a must hire and made our wedding reception the best party we could’ve asked for! We saw them play at two other weddings over the years so we knew that the band was incredible. What we learned after hiring them for our own wedding is that they were as great to work with in the build-up to the wedding as they were on stage. We had multiple calls with the band’s leadership throughout the planning process and they were accommodating to every request. They made sure that we were all on the same page, all of our questions were answered, and that we felt incredibly comfortable heading into the wedding. The band is very organized and has a worksheet for the couple to fill out that allowed us to be as detailed as possible and ensure that we had specifics for every stage of the day. From acoustic guitar during the ceremony and cocktail hour to showstoppers during the reception, the band absolutely kills it on stage. We worked with them on a general idea of how we wanted the setlist to flow and specified a few requested songs, and they executed perfectly, including a great hora. All of the musicians and singers are top tier and we had a packed dance floor the entire reception. Many of our guests complimented us on our choice of band and everyone had an amazing time. We cannot recommend the Sweetbeats enough – hiring them was one of the easiest and best decisions we made for our wedding!
