Growing up as an athlete, I was always on the leaner, weaker side. Fast forward into my 40s, I stayed on the weaker side but grew into an inactive dad bod. I just became less active while juggling the demands of a hectic career and family life. I knew I needed a change. I was referred to Marc at The Strength Loft but was hesitant to reach out because I was self-conscious about my strength or lack there of it.
I finally gave it a shot and am so grateful I did. From day one, Marc made me feel completely comfortable. He is a true professional and a genuinely good guy. He’s designed full-body workout programs that push me hard yet I’m still able to function afterwords. He has been training me for a few months now I’m extremely pleased with the progress and I have Marc to thank for it.

Was looking for a restart to my home workouts and found Marc thru Google. Signed up for a free trial in August and eventually used him for several personal training sessions over the next few months. His workouts were tailored for what I was looking for in my journey and he opened me up to new exercises that I've started to incorporate at home.
He brings very positive energy and the time flies from beginning to end. Definitely will use him again in the future if I feel I'm slipping on my own workouts at home or if I want to tailor my training for golf season.

Marc has exceeded my expectations for personal training. He is pragmatic and encouraging, and I appreciate how he listens to my concerns and goals and reiterates how my training plan supports those goals. Beyond observing a physical improvement, he takes the stress and mental load out of getting through a workout. He has a professional, empathetic and relaxed demeanor which creates a comfortable environment for working out. I do not have a good frame of reference for his pricing but I believe it is money well spent based on my progress and the information he shares about the science, psychology, and design of exercise.
I’ve been training with Marc at The Strength Loft, and it has been such a positive experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable and knows how to push me through each workout while keeping everything safe and effective. Marc quickly recognized my strengths and weaknesses, and every week my workouts are getting progressively more challenging in the best way.

Training with Marc at his private facility has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. After an initial assessment from Marc, I knew I was in the right hands with a clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed studio to make every workout count. His workouts are individually personalized with careful consideration given to my goals, limitations and progress. He is highly professional, extremely knowledable about health and fitness and very easy to talk to. Honestly, the time each session flies by and you leave feeling great! The location is easy to get to, and parking is about 5 feet from the door making it ideal for busy schedules. Skilled, delivers results, professional, and fun to work with. Marc’s program has brought me results faster than I imagined was possible. I’m a mom to a toddler with a demanding career. Like many, my health and fitness were on the backburner for too long. In less than 2 months I’ve achieved significant body recomposition. My doctor was astonished at my inBody scan, giving concrete proof of fat loss + muscle growth (inBody gives breakdown of fat and skeletal muscle in your body).
Marc started with an assessment and tailored a program to address my imbalances and increase my muscle strength and endurance. Our sessions fly by they’re always engaging without being overwhelming. I’m rarely sore the next day, which I cannot say for other programs. Marc cycles between muscle groups and training strategies across the hour so I’m never totally fried in one area when we’re finished. I used to think “no pain, no gain” and being incredibly sore meant it was an effective work out and a badge of honor. To the contrary, I have never made progress so quickly and I’m never limping the day after our workouts.
I see Marc once or twice a week. I typically get in one other work out or long walk per week. That’s it, I’m not doing anything crazy, I don’t have time for that. Marc’s training has been the key to getting myself back in shape after being off the wagon for a long time.

I have been working with Marc for a few months, just once or twice a week as our schedules permit. Marc has helped me tremendously in that short time. I started with him to increase my endurance, functional strength, and to reduce pain in my hips, shoulder, and Achilles. I have seen progress on all fronts in my daily life. My balance is better, I feel more confident in my strength. When we started I hadn’t had a regular workout routine in a few years (Covid, new job). Marc met me where I was and has continuously built up the workouts week over week. I don’t leave with an empty tank, either. We meet at 6am some days and I’m still going by 6pm. I cannot recommend Marc and his skills enough. If you see yourself in my story, this work is worth the investment.
Marc has been an excellent trainer to work with these past couple months. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I would definitely recommend him.

I knew during, and after my first training session with Marc, that he knows his stuff, and is a true professional. Once he knows your fitness goals, he tailors each training session to help you reach them. He takes time to explain why each exercise is beneficial, and stresses proper form/alignment so you get the most out of each movement and avoid injury. Marc is a very diligent trainer. Before starting my first lesson, he did a comprehensive assessment of my strength, stamina, flexibility, mobility and really understood deeply what my strengths and weaknesses were in order to tailor all of my workouts around those. He also works with me outside the gym on my nutrition and at home workouts, and is truly knowledgeable in all fitness-related areas. I would highly recommend you give Marc a try!
