If you’re looking for a storage unit the Storage Room is the place to go! The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience with Laurie helping to downsize my unit….fantastic service. The building is immaculate. The units themselves are warm and dry. The security is top notch. Outstanding! Very secure, super clean facility & helpful staff. We moved items out of storage after 24 months: no dust, no dirt, no bugs/rodents, NO PROBLEMS. Our only suggestion would be to bill monthly rather than every 28 days, as this seemed like a 'squeeze' for more revenue!

So far so great! We've been looking for lot stoarge for our travel trailer. Driving by the Storage Room and seeing the trailers/RV vehicles parked we knew this would be the one to try. A bit of a waiting list, but a call back from Jennifer and Laurie to take a look at an open spot. Too small, no problem, back on the wait list. Less than a week later another spot open, this time perfect. Rental agreement, credit card payment, all done smoothly. Great service, Jennifer and Laurie made the process quick and easy. Looking forward to parking our trailer in this secure lot

Great facilities, everything runs very well and is very clean. 4 star rating becuse everything in their system is "automatic", no humanity unfortunately. Edit; down to 2 stars because of the managers extremely unprofessional comments & demeanor. Sad.

5 stars is not enough stars to represent how incredible this team has been to me. Laurie, Jen, Regan, Rachel, and Dan, have treated me like I was a family member they liked. lol. I really needed their kindness, helpfulness, problem solving, outside of their job description, and sometimes just listening to me on the phone, as I was piecing together what had happened to me. None of it had anything to do with them, except that my stuff had been stored there by a third party, that won't be on this review. They facilitated having the stuff I had left moved into a smaller unit to save me money, helped me get my cargo box out this spring, so Dave, ( everyones favourite dog ) and me could drive to Toronto for a new start after a few really bad years. It is rare to find one person somewhere who cares this much about people, yet alone the whole staff! I am so grateful for the time, care, and kindness that everyone at The Storage Room has shown me. Oh, and the facility is amazing! So easy to navigate, and great location. I genuinely love this team. Mahalo:)
