They keep communication open and make you comfortable no matter your situation. They go above and beyond to keep everything smooth and stress free for their customers. How incredible it is to have a business be so compassionate and determined to find solutions to help their customers. Such a relief during stressful times. They really are great. And the initial process of renting a unit is a cake walk. They answer all your questions, help you decide the size of the unit you need and you have keys in your hand super fast. I have done business with the storage locker off main street behind the super Walmart. They go above and beyond helping there customers. I've had my storage unit for a few years, probably more, I will not remove my storage unit anywhere else.
