My husband and I have learned so much about phone, computers and apps through our weekly sessions. Lorenzo really does seem to understand where people over 65 are in using technology. He can put things in a way and use vocabulary that we can understand and use. It is a valuable investment of our time to spend up to an hour a week learning technology with Lorenzo and The Smarter Service. As a bonus, Lorenzo stops by our facility once a week for face to face questions and help. We are grateful that our community provides this service for us.

I would be so lost without Lorenzo at the Smarter Service. He makes sure he finds the solutions that I can understand and welcomes me when I return again with the same or new problem.
