I went for skin concerns and the doctor instead sold me mounjaro. I thought ill come out feeling positive and better about my skin issues, instead came out feeling worse because he highlighted my weight issues instead of addressing my skin problems and kept selling me mounjaro. Mind you, the issue i went to him was merely a rash that needed basic meds. Dont go by their instagram ads or reviews, they are all paid it seems. They are not doctors, they are marketeers, just hard selling their new machines!

I have done two sessions with Dr. Sagar - he is fantastic and is a true expert in his field. He and his staff recommended that I complete three lasers in each session - Starwalker, Lumeccs and ADVAT. I added a hydrafacial. Terrific 5 star service and I saw drastic results with only 1 session.
However, word to the wise - you will pay at least $1000 (~INR 85000) for each session. My request is for Skinwood to publish its pricing on its website to promote greater transparency and fair pricing to its customers. I’ve dropped 2 stars for this.
I recently visited Skinwood from Kolkata after hearing so much about Dr. Sagar Gujjar. I went in for chin and nasolabial fold fillers. Since it was my first time, I was honestly a little hesitant.
But the results turned out amazing. Everything looks enhanced yet very subtle, exactly what I wanted. I’m really happy with how natural it feels and looks.

I visited Skinwood Clinic on 31st December as I had a flight from Mumbai to Delhi. Most clinics I visited wrapped up the consultation in 10 minutes, but my consultation with Dr. Gujjar was completely different. I spent almost 40 minutes with him. He was calm, composed, and explained everything properly without rushing.
I was honestly scared about getting Botox, but he reassured me and made me feel comfortable. It’s been three days now, and I genuinely feel so much better. Nothing negative happened, and I’m really glad I trusted my decision.
What stood out even more was the follow up. The team checked in with me after three days to ask how I was feeling and even invited me to come by if I was around, just for reassurance. The staff was extremely sweet and calm, and the aesthetician even held my hand throughout the procedure. It made the entire experience feel smooth and reassuring.
I’m not from Mumbai, so I did my research properly before choosing a clinic. I looked things up, read reviews, and made an informed decision. If my experience helps anyone else, I’d say do your research and go for it. The doctors here are qualified, the staff is well trained, they genuinely understand your concerns, and there was absolutely no waiting time.
If you’re not from Mumbai and looking for a trustworthy clinic and doctor, I would highly recommend Skinwood.

I started my pigmentation journey with Skinwood almost three months ago. I travelled all the way from Pune to get my treatment done. I’ve just completed my second session, and I can already see a visible reduction in my pigmentation.

My experience with this clinic was very disappointing. Transparency appears to be optional here, especially when it comes to pricing. Despite asking multiple times for at least a general price range, I was consistently told that costs could only be discussed after seeing a doctor. Apparently, patients are expected to commit first and ask questions later — an unusual approach in modern healthcare.
Communication was also lacking. Several messages went unanswered, and when a phone call was finally arranged, it added little value. Pricing was still not disclosed, and the call seemed more focused on scheduling an appointment than on actually informing the patient. If the goal was clarity, it was not achieved.
Based on my interactions, this clinic does not prioritize transparency or effective communication. Those who prefer to understand costs in advance and receive clear, timely information may want to look elsewhere

I did my emerald laser fat loss treatment, two months ago with Dr. Sagar Gujjar at Skinwood Clinic, Bandra West and my experience has been really good. The treatment is advanced and non-invasive, and I could see visible results from the very first session.
What I liked the most was the consultation. Dr. Sagar actually spent more than 30 minutes with me, properly understanding my concerns and explaining everything in detail. Usually, with other doctors, the consultation is over in 5–10 minutes, and you’re asked to move out quickly.
The staff was very helpful and supportive, and the clinic uses very advanced treatments, which made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and the care, and I would definitely recommend Skinwood Clinic.
