Julie is fantastic and has given me the best facials I’ve ever had. I appreciated the neck and shoulder massage she gave me as well. She is very personable and makes the visit feel like you are going to see a dear friend. Seeing her is the highlight of my week and I plan on being a long time customer!

They do not respond to emails
Spent over $150 on cream and my tracking number did not show any movement for 5 days. In that period, I reached out twice and neither time did I get a response. The tracking number finally started showing movement but I never heard back from anyone at The Skin Spot which really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I won't be ordering from them again. Not responding to customer inquiries is not how you keep customers.

Julie is extremely gifted and knowledgeable. I had neglected my skin for a long time, and she was so gentle and kind while still delivering amazing results in our time together. She has a very approachable, kind, professional, and engaging demeanor. I felt so comfortable and cared for, and my skin looks and feels amazing. She also recommended some tips for continuing to care for my skin at home in a way I can actually accomplish. Would recommend to anyone; she is a gem!
