Title: Beware! Skin Spot Sells Counterfeit Products and Denies Refunds I recently purchased Nutrafol collagen powder from the Skin Spot website, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they send me a fake and opened collagen container, but their customer service was absolutely abysmal when I reached out for a refund. Firstly, I was shocked when I received the product, as it was clearly tampered with and not in its original packaging. The container was already opened, and the powder inside had a different texture and smell than the genuine Nutrafol collagen powder I have used before. It was evident that I had been sent a counterfeit product. Naturally, I immediately contacted Skin Spot's customer service to address the issue and request a refund. However, their response was incredibly disappointing. They flat out refused to acknowledge any mistake on their part and denied any responsibility for the counterfeit product they had sent me. Their dismissive and unhelpful attitude was truly infuriating. It is deeply concerning that Skin Spot is selling counterfeit products on their website. Not only is this unethical, but it also poses serious health risks to unsuspecting customers. The fact that they are willing to deceive their customers with fake products and then refuse to take responsibility for their actions is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Skin Spot. Their lack of integrity, poor customer service, and blatant sale of counterfeit products make them an untrustworthy and unreliable source for any skincare or beauty needs. Don't be fooled by their seemingly professional website; they are nothing more than a scam operation looking to make a quick buck at the expense of unsuspecting consumers.
