Firstly, love how opulent the finish of the clinic is. My first visit with Nicola was really insightful. I could tell I was in good hands. She’s hugely knowledgeable and I feel she really listened to my skin concerns, took before photos and provided me with a thorough plan for my skin for the foreseeable future. I had my first IPL laser session to help reduce my rosacea inflammation today. I loathe IPL and find it very painful but my experience this time was much more pleasant. Yes it was painful but it was over in a flash and I was cooled right down afterwards with cold compresses and all. Thanks so much for such a lovely experience. I’ll be back very soon xx
