Hershy and his colleagues offered excellent services. He came to our house, measured the rooms, then we scheduled a time to meet at the store to select the carpet. He had options and prices ready for me. Moreover, he asked if I wanted additional options. He was professional, polite, congenial and a pleasure to work with. The installers called me when they were 30 minutes out, and were equally professional, prepared, and expedient. We are very pleased with the service and product from The Rug Store. We highly recommend this business.

Moses and his Team are the greatest. We needed new carpets for a few rooms in our house, and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Measurements were taken meticulously, the removal of the old carpets and installation of the new was done with precision and care. Hershey and the entire staff were unbelievable. Their expertise and professionalism are beyond words. I had my 3 upstairs bedrooms wall to wall carpeted. Then they did my living room wall to wall. After that they installed a hardwood floor in my dining room. All materials and work were top notch. Their prices were extremely reasonable. They even came to my house to check. Going to go back for a dining room rug to put under my table. After that, if I ever need any type of flooring again, I would never go anywhere else but The Rug Store. They are absolutely the best. And, I couldn't possibly be happier.

Hershey and his team do a very nice job. I had an old bedroom carpet stretched after 30 years. My rug looks amazing. Hershey is very professional and reliable. I called him Tuesday and the job was completed within hours. Thank you!

There is an excellent selection of a wide range of flooring products and Moses and is son Hershey took the time to ensure that we made the best choice for our bedroom carpeting and new kitchen floor. This is my family's second carpet install with The Rug Store and again, we couldn't be happier. My parents recently had their entire home re-carpeted and we had a large room in our home carpeted over vinyl planks and some vinyl floor repair as well. Hershy is wonderful to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, professional, reliable. The men who did the install were great too, quick and quality work. Everything you want when dealing with a home contractor or vendor. Wouldn't use anyone else for flooring needs.
