After a rocky start with some miscommunication between the office, the salesman and me, things smoothed out after talking with the project manager Isaac Vasquez. I expressed my concerns about a couple of issues. He said he understood. He took charge of the situation and made the right things happen. He and his crew showed up bright and early. They were very respectful of our property and to my wife and myself. He and his crew worked very efficiently as a team.

We were very happy with our “new roof” experience with the Roof Guys. When we initially met with their representative he took as much time as we needed to discuss options, pricing and detail. They were patient, thorough and professional… but most importantly, they were not pushy! Once we made a decision to commit, every detail and expectation was thoroughly reviewed and put in print. They were spot on through the entire process. Their specified timeline was flawless; and there were no unexpected or unwelcome surprises. Our property was draped and protected well. Nothing was damaged. When the job was complete, their cleanup was thorough. The entire project, start to finish, was completed within 8 hours and the roof looks great! We highly recommend putting these folks on your top priority list!

Just finishing up our project with the roof guys now putting a new rough and solar fans. I would recommend 1000%. Throughout the entire process they are very communicative, informative and knowledgeable about the process. They works great with insurance company public adjusters they need to get everything worked through. On the day of installation and a hard-working crew here and someone who communicated with me as the process is going what was going on. Again, I highly recommend to those guys for your project.

The Roof Guys provided a friendly and professional experience from start to finish. They were thorough in their quote to provide a seamless experience without hidden costs. They took the time to ensure we were happy with our color choice by providing samples to view, both for our roof and faux stone choice for the chimney facia. This helped to ensure the best choice to match the stone on the home. Additional consultation was provided to address a roof repair needed. It was essential to ensure a strong and safe roof was in place for me and my family. They provided an immediate repair to prevent further damage prior to the start of the job in good faith. That spoke volumes to the level of quality and dedication to do the job right. They addressed all my concerns to ensure we were fully satisfied with the job and its aesthetics. From the initial estimate to the finished product, The Roof Guys and The Solar Guys were attentive, listened to our concerns, and answered all of our questions. Quality products, excellent service, finished in about 6 hours for the roof and about the same for solar tube lights and solar attic fans. Kept us informed throughout both projects! Definitely would recommend them.

We had The Roof Guys replace our roof in The Villages with the GAF Timberline HDZ product. Their pricing was super competitive. The product looks great. Their crew arrived at 6:20 AM and was finished by 11:00 AM. They left the area spotless. I would recommend them highly.

We needed a new roof so I contacted The Roof Guys. Wesley Noble was our sales consultant and was very thorough explaining what would be involved with the new roof.When I would leave him a message he would call right back and always was very courteous. The work done was completed in one day and the cleanup was phenomenal. No nails. I will recommend The Roof Guys from now on and it's because of Wesley explaining all of my questions and believe me I had a lot of them!

Just had my roof replaced and The Roof Guys were amazing. Jeoff (the sales rep) is a true professional. During the drone flyover he discovered that my roof had hail damage and suggested that I submit a claim to my insurance company. My insurance company verified that I had hail damage and paid my claim. The Roof Guys made the roof shingle replacement process seem like a the work of a well oiled machine. Thanks to everyone on the "Team", you made my roof replacement an enjoyable experiance. "JOB WELL DONE"

The Roof Guys just completed a new roof on our house. Their quoted price was very competitive. Their salesman was honest enough to tell us that we did not have a valid insurance claim and, further, we could probably have stretched the life of a bit more. We decided to replace it anyway, mostly for the peace of mind. At the same time we had the garage doors insulated and a solar light repaired under warranty. All the work was done in very professional manner. We recommend The Guys highly.
