Very professional company to work with. Gage came out to help give us a quote and pick out the color/style we wanted to go with, while Alex helped us get the information needed to send into insurance. The team was great and clean up was good! We love the look of our new roof. They were in and out in a day for us which was a plus!!

The Roof Company were great to work with. Went over all the details & decisions without spending hours and hours of “sales talk”. Just straight and to the point. We had a large roof plus gutters. Roof done in 2 days and gutters done in a half day later once roof was complete. Very good communication on rain delays. Great clean up afterward. We have already recommended them to others!

From the first phone call to the final cleanup, every interaction with The Roof Company was wonderful. I never felt pressured into unnecessary upgrades and work during the estimate process. Gage was very thorough in his inspection and answered every question we had honestly. He gave extra quotes for contingent work that may have needed to be done so as not to surprise us during the install. Prices were competitive in our area. The installation crew was prompt and extremely quick, completing the work in a single day. They were very thorough in their cleanup and they took extra care to protect our landscaping and delicate outdoor arrangements. They are the definition of professional and I can’t recommend The Roof Company highly enough.

I had this company quote a cleaning for my 1100 sq ft home with a detached garage in commerce. ALMOST $4K - I was in shock as compared to quotes for a new roof. Buyer beware and get many quotes when working with this company. (I did let the company know my shock in an email with no response from them. Other quotes were less than $2k - one being $1300. I'm just shocked)

Gage, Alex, and their team are fantastic! They came out to estimate and were here the next week for a complex re-roof for a walkout flat roof. Everyone on the crew was professional and prompt, and they were done in a flash. Hopefully I won't need any more roof work anytime soon, but if I do I'm calling The Roof Company - I highly recommend!

The Roof Company was a great choice. My home is almost 100 years old and they didn't cut corners making the roof like new. A shoutout to all of them for treating a customer like I counted. I would highly recommend them.

Chris came to check out what I thought may be a leak in my roof. He was very pleasant and knowledgable, did a thorough inspection of my roof, performed some maintenance (securing some shingles, caulking gaps especially around the vent which was our suspect), explained everything to me (with pictures) and, hopefully, took care of the issue. He did say, too, that if that didn't do the trick, they'd come back out for further diagnosis. I so appreciate the Roof Company's expediency and care for my situation. Oh, and what they charged was totally fair!

Excellent work from start to finish. Every time we use these guys it’s a great experience. Chris has been out each time for the estimates, and I have found him trustworthy and professional. After they finished the roof today, it looked great, and they cleaned up so well I couldn’t even tell they were here.

Excellent customer service which started with Gage and ended with Alex. Both were professional and knowledgeable about the roofing business. Not only did they verbally explain the problems and needs of our roof but they complemented their explanations with pictures. The company set up a profile account for us that we could access at any time. The profile housed before and after pictures of the roof and provided real time information regarding anticipated start date. I can not forget the office staff Faith who sent count down to work notifications. There was no guess work involved with when the company would start the project. I would highly recommend the Roof Company for your roofing needs.

We suspected a leak in our roof after a water stain appeared on the ceiling of our garage. After researching some companies, I ultimately landed on The Roof Company and gave them a call. They were quick to get us on their schedule for the following week, but we received a call from Chris saying he could fit us in one week sooner than expected. From the jump, Chris was friendly, thorough, and helpful. He took his time inspecting the attic and the roof, and when he couldn’t definitively diagnose a roofing issue, he was up front: no clear issue, no charge. He spent 1.5 hours at our house doing a thorough inspection. We really appreciated his attention to detail and honesty, and we’ll be sure to use this company again if we have any needs in the future!
