5/5 Stars — Absolute Class Act and True Professional! I had Chris from The Roof Company out to address a roofing issue today, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. He diagnosed the problem immediately, took the time to explain everything clearly, and took care of the repairs right on the spot—re-nailing and sealing the base flashing on our old furnace stack, as well as securing exposed nails on the roof. It is rare to find someone who combines deep technical knowledge, complete honesty, and top-tier customer service the way Chris does. He didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need; he just delivered transparent, high-quality workmanship with total professionalism. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent-they kept us informed every step of the way and always quick to answer questions. We really appreciated the low pressure sales. At no point did we feel pushed or rushed into making a decision. Instead, it felt they genuinely cared about helping us find the right solution for our home. When installation day came they brought a large, organized crew and managed to complete the roof of our large home in one day. the clean up after installation was top notch. He addressed the issue and didn’t try to upsell us into something we didn’t need right now. Very honest and straightforward which is refreshing in today’s business climate. I reached out to The Roof Company after receiving a wildly expensive quote from a very large roofing company. I was shocked they told me my 13 year old roof needed to be replaced. When I reached out to The Roof Company, the owner took the time and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining their process and how he felt they could help. Within the week, their technician was at my home and resolved my issue at 1/3 of the price that the larger company quoted me. He also told us we likely had another 10-15 years before we need a new roof. Skip the large company and use The Roof Company, you won't regret the experience, price and service.

No one likes or wants to get a roof installed. You eventually NEED to get a roof installed. The Roof Company makes the process as enjoyable and painless as possible. Gage came out to give an estimate. He was very flexible, professional (but not pushy), and did a real thorough inspection. Told us what needed to be done and a price to do it with options. We got a second estimate to be sure they were in the ballpark price wise, and they were within a couple hundred dollars. It was a no brainer to go with TRC, as the other company didn't even go in the attic. How can you estimate without seeing what you are getting into? Within a week TRC was out to do the job. Lots of communication, the crew was great taking care to protect the surrounding area. Cleanup was top notch. I got a call the next morning letting me know the job was completed., asking me first if I needed anything and if I was satisfied. If you prefer professionals, and a home town, small town, business this is who you need to use for your roof replacement or repair. Thanks TRC for making this so easy !!!

This is the most amazing roofing company I’ve ever seen. The crew is fast and efficient. It was like watching a YouTube video of before and after. They did my one car garage in an hour!! Do not trust The Roof Company. I hired them to put a new roof on my house. Paid them as requested. During the install an employee dropped a big load of shingle onto the hood of my SUV. The Roof Company paid for the repair but I had the extra work of taking care of the damages. First big rain, an enormous leak in my living room damaged the vaulted ceiling. Jason came to my home, inspected the damage and made repairs on the roof. He told me to get the drywall and paint repaired and send him the bill. I had the burden of getting multiple contractors scheduled to take care of the damaged ceiling. Now The Roof Company is refusing to pay for the damages they created. Poor workmanship and a lack of honesty. Steer clear of The Roof Company. In response to your reply: The time for the apology was when the roof that you installed failed and water leaked into my living room. What you should have said-- “Mr. O’Hara I am so sorry this happened. We will arrange for repair of the damages and make this right.” Instead, I heard--“Get it fixed and send us the bill.” No apology. No mention of a “protocol”. No mention of a time horizon. You appeared annoyed at having to attend to the problem. This is very frustrating as I am a busy person and any extra work is always a challenge. I had a difficult time finding contractors to take the job as the room is large with high ceiling. I should have received more than an email response from you regarding your refusal to stand behind your work. Honesty, customer care and manners are absent at The Roof Company.

We have a clear protocol for interior repairs that involves verifying the damage, gathering multiple estimates, and paying the contractor directly. However, that process was not followed, and we did not hear from you again until nearly four years later, when an invoice was submitted.
We stand behind our work and have completed thousands of roofs since 2011 with a strong track record of satisfied clients. While we regret that this situation led to frustration, we believe we addressed the original concerns promptly and in accordance with our policies.

You cannot trust this company. We had them do our roof which then leaked causing extensive damage in our living room. The ceiling is vaulted so water entered and ran down the walls causing drywall damage both at the peak and on the walls. They came out to see the damage, fixed the roof, and told us to get it repaired and they’d reimburse us. This took awhile (hard to find someone who will fix a high ceiling) but when we sent them the bill as they instructed they claimed they had no record of it. No record when they came out and fixed it?!? They now say we didn’t follow their procedure for getting the damage repaired (what procedure? They told us to fix it.) This company does not stand behind their work. They are eager to get your business but if you have a problem, you are out of luck. Go find another company if you are thinking of having roofing work done. **In response to your reply: Isn’t it you who did not follow your own protocol? The leak was reported to you as evidenced by the repair you made and the damage to the ceiling and drywall reported. You did not send anyone out for estimates. You did not follow up with us despite knowing we had a major leak. We were not informed of any protocol. We were specifically told to get our own repairs done and we even voiced concern that it could take a long time to find someone reputable willing to do the work. When your workers damaged our car by throwing shingles on it, you told us to get it repaired and you’d pay us back. Without knowing your “protocol” how were we to know that the damage in our home would be handled differently? Beware of this company. They knew there was damage in our home and ignored it.
