Thanks Josh and Sheldon. Meticulous planning, genuine interest and attention to detail during the quoting (not just a sales pitch! and we had a few of those :). Very competitive prices. Turned up on time & delivered on both days (ceiling and floor insulation). Communication unbelievably good! (Thanks Josh & Mawi). We had freezing, ice-rink floors, and it was a tight squeeze under the house. But now the floors are so much warmer, (and the penguins are gone from the living room! :) I highly recommend them. They really cared about the results. We're very impressed!

I was happy with all aspects of Joshua and Shelton's installation of both underfloor and ceiling insulation at my home. The inspection prior to quoting was thorough with any issues discussed on the spot. Communications were prompt and responsive. Most importantly Josh displayed an in-depth understanding of the science and carried out the installation efficiently and expertly. I'm pretty fussy but was exceedingly happy with the quality of the job.

I had Thermahome repair and add to a whole of house ceiling insulation on a complex multi-pitch roof structure. They were fairly priced compared to others and made the best plan of all groups we had quote in terms of getting to the fiddly areas. Between quoting and delivery we had an additional deck roof built which prevented access to one area. Josh promised to find a way to regain access to that area, went away and researched a safe method, and then returned to finish the job perfectly. I am very happy with the results and would happily recommend Thermahome to anyone.

Josh and his team did a great job insulating our subfloor. There was very little space - the other team who came to quote said it couldn’t be done. They had to dig to access everywhere but they managed it and it definitely made a difference through winter. So grateful for their work!

I could not be more impressed with the service provided by ThermaHome. Joel spent ages talking through my insulation options with me, and did not try to upsell me or convince me I needed to spend more (the opposite if anything). He also provided a very competitive quote that made the choice to go with them easy. Installation was straightforward, the guys were professional and nice, got the job done quicker than I expected, and left my home in the same state as when they arrived. I am happy I was able to support a small business who do a great job, and who genuinely care about energy efficiency rather than just making money. Highly recommend.
