Her advice is tailored to your personal needs/wants/expectations. I have been to a few beauty technicians and can honestly say Abbe is the best one. I had a brilliant massage with Abbe and couldn’t recommend her enough. She was excellent at finding the muscle knots and tight areas in my back and really worked on them properly. You could tell she knew exactly where the problem areas were, and the difference afterwards was fantastic. Really professional, friendly and clearly very good at what she does. I’ll definitely be going back!

Over the last couple of days, Abbe has done a wonderful pedicure for my husband, and a superb leg and bikini line wax for myself!
As always, Abbe runs to time, is extremely profecient in what she does, and treats you to an enjoyable experience!

I've been twice now for a facial and both experiences have been wonderful. So relaxing and a real treat. Abbe was fantastic – friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. My skin felt amazing afterwards. Highly recommend!

I placed an order of Phytomer products and Abbe was so helpful. Just received the order in 4 days. I look forward to dealing with this company again. Unfortunately I live in Cornwall otherwise I would have treatments with them. I recommend this company. Very professional.

Abbé from The Retreat Beauty Salon was absolutely amazing! I found her to be extremely responsive and polite when it came to my email inquiries, even responding over a weekend to a semi urgent request. I was about to travel and suddenly realized I needed some last-minute products. I was getting very concerned I wasn’t going to be able to get the products I needed before I left, but Abbé went above and beyond to conduct the transaction quickly and ensure my items arrived by post the day before I left for a long holiday. From start to finish the transaction, shipment/delivery, and arrival took less than three days! I was so grateful for the kindness and professional I was shown! This will definitely be my new go-to salon for my all my Salon/Spa products going forward! I was even gifted a couple of free sample travel sized items which I really appreciated :-)! A+++++ for service, professionalism, and speed! Keep up the excellent work!
