I saw Kathy after some nagging issues with my knee started derailing my spring running plans and I’m so glad that I did! Over the course of a couple of months, she helped me get back to a place where I was first able to walk up and down stairs without pain again, with exercises and stretches that were manageable and that I could actually see myself incorporating in my day-to-day routine. I’m glad that I had her guidance because I think if I continued to just try and wing it on my own, I would have tried to go back to running too soon. She had me slowly incorporate running back into my routine in small increments and I’m happy to finally be running pain free in time for the summer. I can’t recommend her enough!
I really can’t say enough good things about Hung and my experience at this office. When I first started, I honestly wasn’t excited about doing physical therapy, but I’m so glad I went through with it. Hung was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain why each exercise mattered, which really helped me stay engaged and motivated. Because of him, I’ve been able to keep building my strength and stability on my own, and I’m truly grateful for that.
I’ve worked with several physical therapists over the years, and this has been by far the best experience I’ve had.
Zach is attentive, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on & looking at the bigger picture. I originally came in for post-knee surgery rehab, and more recently he’s also been helping me with new foot and nerve pain. Each time, I’ve felt like my concerns were taken seriously and my treatment plan was tailored to what I actually needed.
I also really appreciate Therapydia itself, it’s organized, welcoming, and runs smoothly, which makes every visit easy and stress-free.
I genuinely feel stronger and more confident in my recovery because of Zach's care. I highly recommend Zach Mazeski and the Beaverton Therapydia office!
These folks know their stuff! Steven and David helped me immensely. Both are friendly, warm, and sticklers for proper form. Heather at the front desk is super helpful. I like the small size of the practice, the personalization of the program (I wanted to be ready to go back to running *and* kettlebell), and the positive support.
Therapydia is my Go To place for physical therapy! My wife went there for knee therapy after a major surgery for a few months and recovered stronger and better. She recommended I go there for a shoulder injury I endured playing volleyball. After my initial appointment, I got to work with David. David is my guy! With weekly appointments twice a week to once a week over the course of 3 months. The therapy, stretching, and strength training we did in the office and the assigned home exercises got my right shoulder back to full strength and having me play volleyball back to full capacity. We also connected with sharing personal stories, life experiences and even sharing family events. I really enjoyed my time there and it felt very welcoming and inviting. Scheduling is easy and flexible so the front office is very accommodating as they can be. Heather is great! If you are looking for physical therapy, Please reach out. My appointments were at the Happy Valley clinic! Cheers! 😃
Neena is the best PT I have ever worked with. She is thorough and helps guide me during recovery, making sure that I know what questions to ask my doctor, and what to expect during the healing phase of my surgery. Taylor is always on top of the schedule, and does a great job of managing my crazy requests. I have truly found a gem in Therapydia.
Went here for physical therapy after knee surgery and loved working with David. He’s a great physical therapist who addresses your concerns. The team is very friendly, professional and understanding. They tend to your concerns and your needs while also pushing you to be better. Great team to work with 👍
Kathy is amazing! had a really bad herniated disc where at one point I was basically bedridden, but after 9 months of her exercises and workouts, I’m now able to go back to my normal routine. I’m still in the process of healing, but she’s given me tools and exercises for how to further heal my injury in my own.
She was also very supportive both mentally and emotionally, which was such a big part in my injury and pain. I highly recommend her, especially if you’re dealing with a long term injury!
