Kaileigh is excellent. She has helped me master my knee pain and develop the strength and mobility necessary to sustain a very active lifestyle. I found all my sessions extremely beneficial. I’m encouraged by the progress I’ve made and I couldn’t have done it without Kayleigh’s expertise. Great experience- and all the staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
Zach was awesome. I have been struggling with lower pain for many years. Have worked with other PT’s without much success until Zach. He zeroed in on my issue and my back feels the best it has in years. Zach is very positive and upbeat. A real pleasure to work with. Can’t recommend him enough.
The staff and therapists at Therapydia Tanasbourne are top notch! Julia and Kim are consistently friendly and helpful. I know Julia has moved to another location, and I will miss her. She’s really great at anticipating needs and always made me feel welcome. Annika is my PT and she is an integral part of my surgical recovery. She’s so knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I’ve had bad PT experiences at other practices, and I feel very safe under her care. I highly recommend Therapydia Tanasbourne!
When Kaiser made my PT appointments over a month apart from each other I turned to finding another option. The Portland Therapydia clinic was able yo get me in 2 days after calling and twice the following week. Working with Joe the clinic director has been core to my recovery. His knowledge and educated approach met and exceeded any expectations I could have. He was extremely adaptive to however I was feeling, while continuously pushing me towards improvement. Their kind staff and easy accessibility have been absolute life savers and I cannot recommend this clinic enough.
I am fortunate to have found Christina at Therapydia. I chose Therapydia based on reviews and I can say without hesitation that all the excellent reviews were well founded. Professionalism is top notch. Christina helped me and gave me more knowledge and tools on how I could help myself. Her kindness and competency is outstanding.
Love Julia and Enoch
My first appointment with Emily at Progress ridge was great. I learned a lot and she was very professional. She has since left the company.
I scheduled my following appointments at tanasbourne with Zeyla.
During my first appointment she made inappropriate comments about my body and also rubbed my thigh in a very awkward way because “my pants were so soft”
Before I left, she shared some personal information with me that made me feel guilty about not seeing her again so I decided to give her another chance.
During my second appointment she again commented on the “softness of my pants” and made multiple political comments.
I canceled all of my following appointments and reached out to the clinic director, Zachary.
I told him the entirety of my experience and he was very apologetic and asked how he could make it right.
I asked that he just please make sure this didn’t happen to anyone else.
Pelvic floor therapy is already a very vulnerable place to be and especially as a new mom, that is just unacceptable.
He agreed and said he would follow up with me.
I did not hear back from him.
Just over a month later, I got a bill in the mail. I emailed Zachary and asked that he approve a write off for the visits I had with Zeyla. (Just the patient portion, my insurance has already paid them the majority of the billed amount)
About 2 weeks later, he finally responded to my follow up email, saying that Zeyla had no ill intent, but he would speak with the clinic director at tanasbourne and get back to me.
Almost another month later, he finally got back to me saying they decided they would waive $29 from my balance, as I was still provided skilled services from a medical provider….
The $300 balance was not worth continuing to try to convince someone to take my claims seriously so I decided to just stop communication and pay the bill. I tried calling the billing department phone number printed on the bill and it was disconnected. I did eventually dig around enough to find the current and correct billing number. I would not go back to this business, and would not recommend this business to anyone else.
Therapydia Progress Ridge was an excellent PT experience. I was a patient there for 2 different injuries and Kathy and Logan both helped tremendously. Not only did they focus on potential root causes and solutions, but also set me up for success long term with routines I could apply ongoing even after completing my plan with them. The environment and Team are very professional and also clearly care about their patients' success. Would highly recommend to anyone needing PT!
