Amazing team, Dr. Kaplan gave the assessment that helped tremendously to address my concerns as well as to prevent other issues I was unaware of from developing. They gave me options to fix aesthetic problems I did not think were possible to solve. Angelica was very kind and put me at ease. Lori at the front desk was very helpful and booked me in very fast.

Judy who is my person is the heart of the center. She performs beyond the daily actions she is paid to do. Her presence is the real reason I decided to stay to receive dental care. The dentist is very busy and has many pts but took an interest in my history and he was able to help me recover from a deep injury to my neck and my jaw after a negative experjence at two local TMJ specialists and this is my story. The pain and suffering of not being given proper treatment at 2 well known TMJ centers left me overwhelmed in pain unable to close my mouth and unable to live a normal life. The Botox injection program has made ne normal again along with a proper mouth guard. Thankyou to my team for their amazing kindness. Thanks to Judy and her development of our ongoing care program. Dr Perfect is what i call my dental therapist. He is present willing and able to perform without words and teaches me how to be calm. Thanks for a great experience! The energy is beautiful and kind. This dental office is absolutely amazing!!! If I could give them more stars, I would! I had extreme fear and anxiety about dentists as I had a bad experience when I was a kid so I was a very nervous and anxious patient right from the start. I am absolutely thrilled and relieved to have found Dr Kaplan, he is truly wonderful and an absolute godsend. I have been going here since I found them over 10 years now (close to 15 years, actually) and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Dr Kaplan is an amazing dentist and his bedside manner is excellent. For someone who is extra nervous, that makes all the difference. He takes the time to chat with you when you come in, and get to know you by chatting awhile when you first become a patient. I was very scared but he made me feel at ease straight away. When he froze me the first time I went for a cleaning, and then for fillings etc I didn't feel the needle at all and I knew I was in good hands (I'm fearful of needles too). His work is fantastic, and he cares which shows in everything he does. His assistant Jen is great too, and she always makes me feel comfortable. The hygienests are all superb as well, but I have been mostly seeing Vanessa for several years as well and she's the absolute best. She chats with me a little before and after the cleaning, especially since we have some things in common (elderly dogs around same age, then new puppies same age, etc) so it's nice that she is so personable and cares about you, and my teeth are fabulously cleaned afterward as well. All the front staff are also great to deal with (hello fellow Dana!), Judy, Mary, Grace (who I think may have retired as I haven't seen her for awhile) and Corinna (sp) who is a new(er) addition to the front desk staff but wonderful and super nice as well. They are very welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. This is particularly important for a dental office as people are nervous or anxious, and they get a lot of kids coming in as well. I haven't had too much experience with the other dentist here, Dr Bart, as I've been going to Dr Kaplan since I became a patient there, but he did help me once or twice and he was super friendly and helpful both of those times. If you're looking for a new dentist, I can't recommend these guys enough. I went from being absolutely fearful and a nervous wreck about going to the dentist, to almost feeling like I'm going to the spa! This speaks volumes about Metropolitan Dental. I'm so grateful I found Dr. Kaplan. I can't recommend him or this dental office enough! You won't be disappointed!

This dentist office is honestly amazing! My 1st visit to Metropolitan and I was very impressed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The office itself is modern and they use newer technology such as iPads and digital imaging. The assistant was really friendly and walked me through what xrays and the images were required. Dr. Kaplan came in and was really professional and friendly, inquired about not only my dental health but other areas which I found very refreshing. He performed the exam, explaining what he was doing, what he was looking for and what he found. He walked me through what needed to be done and brought me to the front desk where his front desk staff setup follow up appointments.
All in all, a great experience...
