We chose Evelyn and Hilde to sell our house after talking with several realtors in the area. Evelyn and Hilde are knowledgeable, sincere, and not pushy. Their commission rate is more than reasonable. Throughout the whole process, they handled everything (staging, open house, negotiations, etc.) professionally and looked after our interests first. They kept us well informed along each step and made the entire transaction smooth and easy for us. It was a pleasure working with Evelyn and Hilde.

We were lucky in two regards; 1) we were able to move completely out of the home we were selling and 2) have these two lovely ladies stage the home for best effect. They did a spectacular job of helping to change colors and bringing in furniture that showed the house to its fullest. We sold the home is short order with minimal effort. Highly recommended!

When the home I bought was listed, Evelyn worked quickly to help put together an offer that was accepted by the seller. We were under a deadline to close and Evelyn helped with referrals for financing and appraisals that allowed us to close without any issues. The entire process went smoothly thanks to Evelyn’s attention to detail and knowledge of real estate.
