We tried pink Walrus on our way back from a university visit on a very hot day. First off decent variety of ice cream flavors both non fat and 2% yogurt. The toppings were pretty good and we got a good size yogurt for $7 each. I do prefer yogurt ice cream over regular milk and eggs with heavy cream style. Just a personal preference.
I knocked off a star cause Brooklyn G our server wouldn’t show us the weight even on asking. The concept itself is around filling your cup as much as you can and then weigh it out. The servers needn’t complicate the process!

No Dairy Free
I love Pink Walrus but I have become lactose intolerant. I know it seems crazy to go to an ice cream place and expect non-dairy options but I feel left out when my family/friends are enjoying ice cream and I'm sitting out. I know you have the green apple sorbet but maybe a second option would be nice.
