When I went to this store, I bought an anklet that broke. I thought I had lost it and I ended up finding it. I took it back to the store and the staff was so nice and able to help fix it. While I was there, I added this stack of bracelets to my collection . Absolutely love them. The staff is very friendly and fun and great with making suggestion’s with stacking bracelets
The Pink Swan shop has the worst customer service and their jewelry is faulty. My niece got “permanent” bracelet from them less than a month ago and it fell off, she asked me to take her get it re-welded. For the cost of the bracelet there is no reason it should have come off so quickly and easily, let start there. The person fixing the bracelet clearly stated that it’s not common for the bracelet to have come off and although it was her very first bracelet from them as she looked at it she said it looked as though it had already been re-welded which would be impossible being that it was her first bracelet from them so if that is the case that leaves one of 2 options, 1. The person that initially put the bracelet on her was inexperienced and didn’t do it correctly or 2. They sold her an old bracelet. After sharing it was uncommon for the bracelet to come off they proceeded to try to charge her for the re-welding in which i interjected and they tried to say it’s in their written policy which I requested they share. I was very calm yet firm in my request and upon review there was no indication in their signage or written policy that there was a fee for re-welding faulty jewelry that broke within 30 days of initial purchase. Instead the young lady at the checkout proceeded to accuse my niece of having re-welding multiple time prior to justify her charging the fee. Again, my niece had only been to this store once and that’s when the bracelet was purchased and placed on her wrist. I asked to speak to a manager whom they called and who in actuality had the worst attitude and refused to hear anything I had to say over the phone. She accused me of yelling which I was not, i was very polite yet firm in my communication, and was met with unprofessionalism while my concerns being dismissed. If you have the opportunity to get permanent jewelry I do not recommend The Pink Swan Shop in Houston on Shepherd for their lack of professionalism, integrity, and faulty product!
My “permanent bracelet” with my daughters initial broke off within 3 weeks. I see y'all saying it’s susceptible to breaking, then don’t call it permanent jewelry.

*Over a year and the girls still have their bracelets
*3 months later and the girls still have their bracelets on and there holding up well.*
Nice shop. Took our daughter for her 16th birthday and she was very happy with her experience. Thanks to the nice young lady that helped us! We will definitely recommend to people in the area
My bestie and I had such a great experience at The Pink Swan Shop! We got matching permanent anklets, and the whole vibe of the shop was so cute and girly—literally pink paradise! Yendi helped us out and she was the sweetest! Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. She helped us pick the perfect anklets and made sure everything felt special. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back for more cute jewelry.
