We just bought our first pinball table from The Pinball Co. and it was a great experience. They know what they’re doing and were super helpful. The table barely fit in the car but everyone helped out and we made it happen! Would definitely buy from them again!

We've been absolutely thrilled with the purchases we've made at The Pinball Company. The service we received from the staff has been excellent. They are always responsive to inquiries and will answer and assist with every question for purchasing and any product issues that may arise. They are extremely informed and knowledgeable in every aspect of the machines and equipment they sell.
The Pinball Company is a great place to buy all of your pinball accessories and more. I purchased a pinball topper from them, but it was shipped directly from stern because they were out of stock. The item was defective. This was no fault of the Pinball Company. When it arrived, I contacted Dominic at The Pinball Company through email and let him know about my issues. I wasn't sure if I should have contacted him or Tim at Stern. Without hesitation Dominic took 100% control of the situation. He contacted Stern, notified them of the issues, and set up a replacement and return label. Mind you my first email was sent on a Saturday at 6:17pm. The response was almost immediate, followed by emails from Stern. No one likes to have issues, especially when spending a good deal of money on a product, but this situation was handled very professionally and quickly by everyone involved. I'd like to personally thank Dominic again and say I'd love to do business with you again and I'm sure I will in the near future.
If you're in the market for anything pinball related, I could not recommend The Pinball Company more. They are awesome!

Worked w/ Dominic to buy my first pinball machine. He was great, responded quickly to all my questions. Didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. Was able to schedule a time to pick up the machine from their Chesterfield location after work. They also have financing that is really easy to apply. The last game I purchased (Jaws) had some slight damage in shipping. I didn’t discover the issue until I got home. I texted Dominic to alert him of the situation. Before I knew it, he was on his way to my house to exchange the machines out. Totally blew me away being it was the end of the day Friday (in the middle of rush hour)& I had accepted the idea that I would exchange them after the weekend. I can’t thank Dominic enough.

This company has been great! I've purchased two new Stern machines through them- Jurassic Park Home and Elvira's House of Horrors Premium. The customer service has been impeccable, texting with quick response, very supportive and accommodating.
Dominic went the extra mile with working with us, shipping was SUPER fast and the machines came in perfect condition. I also bought extra features through them- shaker motor and art blades for Elvira and they make the game so much cooler! Definitely recommend working with them, prices are very good and I feel completely confident and safe ordering through them. 10/10 A+++
