My experience at The Phone Hub Repair was phenomenal! These guys truly know what they’re doing — they’re professional, knowledgeable, and take their work very seriously. I went in to buy a phone and they guided me through the best options based on my needs and my budget.
They also helped me transfer all my data from my old phone to the new one, and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Their customer service was outstanding; they gave me great advice and made me feel completely taken care of as a customer. I highly recommend them!

Brandon is beyond helpful. I went in to replace my daughter's phone and got a great deal but even after my daughter broke it again he took care of it! Great service, great dude, highly recommend! Honestly, people don't have money to drop 1500 on a new phone so this is the best alternative!
Brandon told me in a text to stop in any time and my repair would be done in 30 minutes. I stopped in first thing this morning and even as he took care of two other customers he had my phone finished and looking good as new with a new screen within the 30 minutes. This will be my go to guy for any future phone, ipad or computer repairs. Thanks Brandon.
It might seem strange to leave a good review for a repair that wasn’t made, but I have to tell the world about Brandon’s knowledge, helpfulness, and above all, honesty.
We were traveling from outside the area, and my phone started to act peculiar, in safe mode, with apps no longer working. My techie son and husband diagnosed a sticky volume button. While heading to a neighboring restaurant, we noticed the Phone Repair Hub and decided to give it a chance. Brandon ordered the part for us, and, within the time frame of our trip, we stopped by two days later, just as the FedEx man delivered the part. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be installed through the back of the phone, and Brandon said that the screen on my Android model was so expensive it wasn’t worth risking taking it off. He said he wouldn’t charge us, even though he ordered the part. I kept the phone for emergencies during the trip, since I could still make calls and text, and will arrange a new one when we get home, but thank you, Brandon!
