Not great !!!
It was an open day - small house in a central location - I was optimistic it might be "mine".
However,
*unable to access the garden,
*view 1 of the 3 bedrooms and
*the garage was also locked.
I took time off work to see the whole property with view to buying. Grrrrrrrrrr
Lady who showed me round was pleasant and on time.
Our experience of buying via The Personal Agent has been very good. Daniel showed us the property & negotiated with us, he was very professional & friendly. Once we had agreed the purchase, Sarah took over and again she was a pleasure to deal with.

I previously had excellent experiences with The Personal Agent Stoneleigh business when buying and selling multiple properties.
I expected the same high standard from their Lettings business, but in comparison it was extremely disappointing.
As a landlord paying for a fully managed service, I received a level of management that fell far short of what I would consider acceptable.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend their lettings service.

Stephanie Foley at The Personal Agent has been outstanding throughout the deposit claim process for our rental property. From the very start, she was proactive in identifying items to claim, organised a meeting to agree on a clear plan of action, and kept us informed at every stage.
She was thorough in compiling the initial claims list, arranged contractor quotes promptly, and handled all communications with the tenants professionally. What stood out most was her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure nothing was overlooked.
It was clear she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us as landlords. I would highly recommend Stephanie and The Personal Agent to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated lettings service.
We were in the process of purchasing a property through TPA. We instructed solicitors and paid for a Level 3 survey with a surveying company recommended by TPA.
Following the survey and legal enquiries, it became apparent that the property was not as advertised. After lengthy email correspondence and no responsibility being taken by TPA, the matter was referred to The Property Ombudsman. The Ombudsman’s findings made clear that the seller had informed TPA that the fourth bedroom did not have building regulation sign-off. Despite this, the property was still marketed as a four-bedroom home.
As a result, we experienced significant delays, wasted considerable time and effort, lost our buyer due to the delay, and have been left substantially out of pocket.
The Ombudsman awarded us financial compensation from TPA however, this amounted to less than one third of our overall financial.
