I have gone to the Om Shoppe and Spa for massages the past 6 years, after moving to Sarasota. The staff is beyond welcoming, but the massages are done so well, are priced so well, and that is why I kept going back! I got gift cards for family and friends over the years- and shopped quite a bit in the store. They will do an aura/chakras test first to see which chakras you are low in, talk through the possibilities of why, and then they will focus on those in the massages. I could not recommend this wonderful place more-

I recently attended a tuning fork workshop at The OM Shoppe & Spa, and it was such a beautiful and transformative experience. Beth is an incredible facilitator—her calm, grounded presence made everyone feel at ease right away. The workshop was very hands-on, which I loved. We were able to practice on each other and actually experience the benefits in real time. I came in looking for clarity in my life direction and relief from overthinking, and what unfolded over the following week was deeply impactful. While much of it was internal, it led to honest conversations and real clarity in areas where I needed it most. This was more than just a workshop—it was an experience. I highly recommend it to anyone feeling called to explore sound healing or reconnect with themselves.

It’s so sad when the shop name doesn’t reach the vibration of the owner. She was disgruntled to say the least that I wanted to return an online order (gong) that they erroneously described on their website. Therefore, I did not receive what I ordered. I also had to pay for return shipping, as they apparently do not supply return labels - even when it is entirely their mistake. I was told they would reimburse the $16 shipping I paid, and they did not. I’m not surprised based on the energy and tone of her voice over the phone. Too bad the name of the store and the energy of the owner don’t match. Truly lacking customer service. An opportunity for training indeed.

Hi Shelly, sorry that you were not happy with our return policy. We did in fact refund you and the shipping fee. The website description was accurate and we accepted your return with no cost to you. We do our best to offer five star service and offered you the opportunity to return the merchandise and refunded you fully plus shipping. I am not sure what else we could have done to make you happy. We are small businesses and work really hard to help everyone sorry we didn't meet your expectations.

This place is fantastic! My husband and I go for massages with Agnieska. She is so intuitive to your ailments and hones in on your pain. She is my “go-to” when I need help. Nancy, Beth and Liz are at the front of store. They always are so welcoming and loving just like family. They sell products from the smallest crystal to the largest singing bowl and everything in-between. The whole atmosphere is so spiritual that I am always drawn to buy something. I cannot begin to explain how lovely this store/spa is. You must experience it for yourself.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Spiritually Healing Experience! My visit to The Om Shoppe was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, inviting, and full of beautiful, positive energy. My massage was not only relaxing but deeply spiritually healing. The therapist incorporated stones and crystals throughout the session, which added such a unique and powerful touch. I left feeling balanced, grounded, and completely renewed. I also had an aura reading, which was incredibly insightful and uplifting—it gave me so much clarity and positivity. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. And the best part? Everything was offered at such great prices for the high quality of service and spiritual care provided. I can’t recommend The Om Shop enough if you’re looking for relaxation, healing, and a truly special experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Experience! I had the most amazing experience at Om Shoppe and Massage! My crystal massage was out of this world — the therapist was not only incredibly skilled but also very knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. The addition of sound healing during the massage was such a beautiful and relaxing touch that took the entire session to another level. We also had an aura reading, which was absolutely fascinating and so insightful! I loved learning more about my energy and how it connects to overall wellness — it really made the visit feel complete. Everything from start to finish was professional, peaceful, and full of positive energy — and all at a wonderful price point. I can’t recommend Onm Shoppe and Massage enough if you’re looking for a holistic experience that leaves you feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply cared for.

Three of us stopped there to look into new instruments to expand our retreat center. Since we were just exploring new instruments, and didn’t commit to buying anything today before we looked, we were treated VERY poorly and rudely by one of the staff. She told us we only had a couple minutes and then we had to leave. This was a “pretty woman” mistake-HUGE. We are taking our generous bankroll elsewhere.

I visit Florida several times a year and each time I make sure to get an appointment for a massage at OM Shoppe. When you walk in the door you feel your troubles leaving you. Crystal chakra balancing massage My massage using sound tools of tuning forks, crystal bowls and crystals along with a heated amethyst mat was emotionally clearing and physically relaxing beyond my imagination and expectations. It was a week ago and I still feel the affects. It is an experience I hope to repeat soon.

I was gifted a massage here and had no idea what to expect. I started with putting my feet on a salt lamp while I filled out my paperwork, then had my Aura reading (blew my mind), and then had the most incredible 75 minute massage with an absolute angel on earth. There were sound bowls, and healing vibrations and crystals chosen just for me. I recommend this for 10/10!
