I've been working with Doctor Ng and his team since 2011 and have stuck with them throughout the years for my OK lenses and I can confidently say that every visit was a super positive experience!
Dr. Ng is an extremely caring and thorough optometrist and makes sure that you get the best care and best products available. His thoughtfulness goes above and beyond what you expect from the average healthcare provider with his team keeping detailed records of your presciptions and Dr. Ng himself remembering details of your life from previous conversations (even if it was months/years ago) and bringing them up when needed during discussions about changes to your lens and glasses.
Throughout the years and several staff and location changes, they have maintained the same consistent 5-star service with each new addition reflecting the warm and kind environment that I have come to know and love!
During my time with Ortho-K lens, Dr Ng. made sure to always stay up to date with the latest and best lens whenever they became available as well as the best solution and eye drops that best addressed my dry eyes. He always made sure to ask during each visit how my comfort levels were with the lenses, and after a new pair each time he made sure they were perfect to help reduce any haloing that would happen and always made sure that any changes made were fast and within the new lenses warranty time frame. As such, my prescription has remained extremely stable and consistent throughout the years, and I have perfect vision during the day!
Dr. Ng and his team are always super communicative through phone calls, e-mails, and text reminders, and appointments were always super easy to book. They are also extremely accomodating to appointment date and time changes should anything come up.
As I have been with them since I was a child I can also confidently say that Dr. Ng and his team are not just great for adults but also gentle and patient when working with kids. Dr. Ng was always happy to answer any of my 1000 questions when I visited as a kid and always made me feel confident and comfortable to bring up any issues I had. I remember always looking forward to my optometrist visits when I was little and I assure any parents with children that your family will be in good hands!
