Please give us a call at 239-571-6929. You definitely misunderstood the text messages that we replied to your questions through Nextdoor App. We were simply describing how we charge and I said it's pretty simple meaning we don't have a bunch of hidden charges like a bunch of other moving companies do. We charge a drive time to you and away at end of day. None of our reviews are paid for or acquaintances neither the are all real customers that leave 5 star reviews because of the good work we do. If you wouldve called like I had asked then you would've had a better understanding because texting moat of the time gives off the wrong impression. BIG MISTAKE USING THIS COMPANY. dishonest and untrustworthy. They arrived almost 2 hours late for a move from Naples to Key West. I had two flat screen TVs -- a 55 inch and a 65 inch brand new TV they DESTROYED both. Smashed completely. Almost all my pots with plants broken smashed completely destroyed. They also Destroyed large 4 x 5 foot framed mirror cannot repair. And Worse -- the movers hid the damage of the TVs by bringing them in very last and after dark and covering the 65 inch tv with a large towel. They dumped broken pots and dirt in the trash cans of new home without my knowledge. The company owner blamed it on some problem with truck "it was bumpy" and after MUCH ado and I sent him the receipt for the 65 inch tv, he finally gave me a total of $600.00 to replace all of the items broken. Owner -- after MUCH ado reimbursed me at 600.00 total which will only replace ONE of the tvs. And. I have to pay for trash removal of the two they left smashed up and broken at my house. Use someone else.
