Moses Law Firm helped me navigate the complicated and not-so-kind system of workers comp law in Virginia. Always detailed, organized, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. I can't say enough good things about the Moses Law Firm. I had a very complicated case that took 5½ years and I don't know what I would have done without them. If you have a workers comp injury I highly recommend them. When Workers Comp insurance would deny my medication or my claims I knew all I had to do was call Ashley and between her and Brenda they would get everything straightened out. Through 14 major surgeries, a picc line taking antibiotics for a year, 105 days in the hospital, who knows how many Dr appointments totaling 18,000 miles traveled, and probably a thousand or more phone calls to Ashley about something my case manager was doing they weren't supposed to they were there for me. I'm actually a little sad we finally settled my case and I won't be talking to them as much anymore. They feel more like family.
Cannot ask for a more supportive team than Brenda and Ashley. They work hard for the client and strive for the best outcomes. Highly recommend this firm for anyone facing challenges with workers compensation. They take the guesswork and burden from the injured worker and give the client peace of mind knowing they fight the battle for them.
I was injured on the job. Everything was going pretty good besides being hurt. Then I started getting papers that just had to be signed immediately. I got hurt badly at work. I originally hoped I wouldn't need a lawyer but the stuff was getting too deep for me. The people I worked with were being great but there were larger power's behind the scenes. I finally consulted with Brenda and saw how little I knew about what was happening. She and Ashley really saved me and got me to just where I wanted to be.I would really have made a mistake had I not turned to them.
