A big shout-out to Mortgage Stop and especially to Rohit, who has been incredibly supportive from day one. Rohit was always ready to answer and explain every question I had, making the whole mortgage process - particularly as a seafarer - a much smoother experience.
They guided me through everything from finding conveyancing solicitors to arranging life insurance. They also successfully secured the mortgage I needed. On top of that, they advised on how to access more beneficial deals, such as improving the EPC rating, first-time buyer options, and other helpful pieces of advice.

Rohit and his team were brilliant. They kept us informed at every step of the remortgage and followed up on any questions we had promptly. At the end of the process they also supported us to ensure our insurance coverage reflected the new mortgage terms and helped us to finally set up a will - one of those long overdue jobs we just never seemed to get to.

Fantastic and friendly service from Rohit from start to finish. Due to my work situation being a seafarer it was a challenge to find a mortgage. I started with another company first who failed to find a lender. Rohit put a considerable amount of time and effort to secure a mortgage for me. A fantastic job, thanks so much. This was my last effort and without Rohit"s efforts I would have been forced to abandon my house purchase. The mortgage stop is highly recommended for more complex situations like mine. I would like to say, I am a couple of hours away from the mortgage stop office and yet still I managed to discover this amazing brokerage. I initially discovered the mortgage stop whilst at a property seminar at HSBC in Canary Wharf. Since then I recommended this firm to my family members who thought they had little to no chance getting a mortgage. This brokerage gave them hope. Seeing how pleasant and fast the journey was I chose to go with them myself. Rohit who handled our mortgage has been the kindest and most detailed person one can ask for when making such large purchase. He has been informative all throughout and honest. Rohit has answered every call and email with an immediate response. His guided us in a way where we couldn’t really think of any flaws. The RATES his got us are insanely good. Rohit has been patient with us and the process has really felt as if his held our hand and walked us through it. Rohit has got a very good knowledge of the market and a great connection with the network so you can trust him to get the job done!. In most scenarios you’d think it’s pot luck that his been so quick with the mortgage but HIS DONE IT TWICE for my family.
