Being a first time buyer, and trying to purchase a probate property came with a lot of challenges. Tina has been so brilliant, I honestly cannot recommend her enough! Having recently separated from my husband the thought of applying for a mortgage and doing it alone was very daunting, but Tina instantly put my mind at rest, reassured me and answered my constant questions no matter the time of day or night! Tina and her team are amazing. Being first time buyers me and my partner did not know where to begin. The mortgage mum- Tina was recommended to us. We are so glad we went with them. I can’t express enough how much Tina has helped me and worked so hard finding me the right mortgage in tricky times. Tina is super professional, friendly, hard working and caring. Tina has been incredible. After being let down in spring 2023 and being told by a mortgage broker I’d not get a mortgage due to being a single mum I’d given up hope. A house came up and I spent hours online trying to find a mortgage broker who would attempt to help me. I came across the mortgage mum and was put in to contact with Tina. From the start she listened and explained everything in full and told me she would do everything she could to find a suitable mortgage and she did. Tina was incredible throughout the process of buying my first home. She took on my mortgage case when her colleague left and it was a seamless transition. She helped me to find a good deal on my mortgage and even went above and beyond to get an even better rate when interest rates went down. Finally got around to writing a review :) I am probably every brokers nightmare for getting a mortgage. I am nearly 60, self employed, small deposit etc. But by some miracle Tina Hubert from Mortgage Mum managed to pull it off and get myself and partner a mortgage! One year later I am writing this in my own house! :) She never gave up hope of finding the right solution for us.
