Jade has been absolutely fantastic and professional; we were completely unaware of the process of purchasing a home, and from the start, she kindly hopped on the phone and explained every single detail of the process, always being patient and reliable. Our process was fairly complicated due to our unique circumstances, but Jade reassured us and did an excellent job;
On top of that, we literally bombarded her with questions, concerns, and worries, and in every single situation, she made sure our questions were answered in a timely manner, even when she was on vacation, she would make sure to give us feedback. Even after our offer was accepted, she has been absolutely fantastic, guiding us through insurances and being always available for any questions we may have. I couldn't be more grateful and delighted we decided to use her services.

The easiest 5 star review i could ever give, we wasn’t making any progress with my previous mortgage advisor for our mortgage application when a family friend recommended Jade at The Mortgage Mum. She worked wonders, properly advised us and managed to get us a mortgage offer that we never thought we were able to get, she has been proactive throughout and has done everything possible to help out with absolutely everything she can. It’s been an absolute joy having her on our side and i would highly recommend anyone looking to or struggling to get on the property ladder to get in contact with her, if there is a possibility that you are eligible for a mortgage then she will be able to get it for you.

As a first time buyer I was extremely worried and stressed about what could happen if I didn’t make the right decisions or even know what to do with each step along the process of buying my home and getting the right mortgage for me.
And then I found Jade who is a independent mortgage broker, I appointed her to help with finding the best mortgage that was right for me as well as dealing with the legal team from whom I was buying my house from and even knew of solicitors that I could use for all the legal stuff I had to go through.
From start to finish Jade always kept in contact and made sure any worries or concerns were taken care of, she is so friendly and was always happy to hear from me. She has an extensive knowledge of dealing with all the thousands of different types of mortgage companies there are which gave me even more confidence that I had chosen the right person to help me.
I highly recommend Jade and her company if you are looking to buy a home or even just get a better mortgage, she is the broker you can trust and rely on!

Jade was an excellent mortgage advisor and provided incredibly helpful advice on our recent purchase.
As relatively new home owners, she made us feel at ease and that there were no ‘stupid’ questions. She was readily available on email and always came back to us quickly, and supported us to reapply to get the right rate for us when a delay in our chain happened.

I would say we are very financially savvy but given the huge rise in interest rates and the market going crazy we felt we wanted some expert advice this time around. We had an incredibly long and drawn out house-buying experience and Jade was always there for us despite it going on so long that she had a baby in-between. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jade and intend to use her services again.
