I have used Liz since 2022 when I first purchased my house, she helped me as a first time buyer and through two remortgages and I really could not recommend anyone better. She’s so knowledgable and great at what she does. Liz has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of my mortgage. If I have needed anything, she has been there and answered any questions quickly. Professional and understanding has been the whole experience go smoothly, I wouldn’t use anyone else for my mortgage needs.
We contacted Liz late August to ask for help with mortgage applications. Unbeknownst to us, Liz was away on holiday but still found time to reach out to us and make plans for us to meet as soon as she was back. The following week, we met to discuss our mortgage needs and Liz produced a decision in principle within an hour along with really helpful instructions on how to move forward. We put an offer in on a house around mid-September and are now due to complete at the end of October! The whole process has been seamless and Liz has been with us throughout every step of the way, providing guidance and copious amounts of reassurance to two very nervous first time buyers. Liz has helped us with everything from conveyancing recommendations to pre-sale protection policies and hasn’t steered us wrong once. Liz is friendly, relatable, really knowledgeable, great with communication and most importantly, she’s patient.
