Liz was fab from the off! Being first time buyers she gave us every bit of information that we needed! The process can feel overwhelming, especially the forms and solicitors! But Liz was more than happy to help guide us through and put our minds at ease, even if Liz was off she’d direct us to someone in the team who could help meaning there was always someone available for us! She helped point us in the right direction for everything we needed! She’s friendly and approachable and was able to fit any zoom meetings in around our work, which was really appreciated!!
