At first I was apprehensive about whether to bother with a mortgage broker at all, as I was sure I could get sorted by going online and handling it all myself - I had a healthy deposit and good credit rating. A couple of my friends started telling me about Katrina, and were insistent that paying for a good broker is money well spent - despite my scepticism I decided to have a chat with Katrina and she instantly impressed with her knowledge. I must say I now feel her services were worth every penny as she worked tirelessly checking different lenders terms and rates - and helped me understand that I possibly would have run into some difficulties due to some lenders restrictions on the type of property I was buying. I will definitely use her again as I felt she had everything under control and saved me time, effort and stress along the way. Thank you Katrina.

Would highly recommend Katrina Horstead from Mortgage Mum, she was so helpful and explained everything in a clear and simply way which I could understand.
