A true fairy godmother for first time buyers - I was a solo first time buyer and Sonya really took the time at the start to get to know me and my personal circumstances as well as my future aspirations to make sure my final mortgage product was the best fit. I felt listened to and supported not only through the mortgage process but throughout the whole buying process, Sonya would regularly check in to see how I was doing - absolutely going beyond what I’d expected, it felt like I had a little guiding, reassuring hand the whole way through.
