I recently rented Toyota Land Cruiser from Sixt Rent a Car at Ulaan Bataar airport for our 10 day’s trip in Mongolia and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The car was in an excellent condition and the Sixt’s representative Bilguun provided an exceptional service and support throughout the whole rental period that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning, communication with agent J was excellent. He was always easy to reach, responded quickly to any questions, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. Excellent experience with sixt ulaan-bataar, We had the car upgraded,(well, the one we have booked seemed to have a problem, but anyway!) The guy was nice, the car reliable, - I didn't try the cric by the way, got the flat tyre changed in town. The land cruiser we had been given was actually so good be barely needed 4 weel drive. Would definitely rent there again for a second time, if the deposit return in time and good shape!

He dropt the car close to our location in Ulaanbatar and also said that if we had any trouble during our trip we could call him ad a contact person. The car was from 2025 and never let us down. Super happy with all the help from J and definetely recommend J and Sixt rent a car & selfdrive!

Mala atención, perdimos el tiempo. Primero, porque no estaban en la oficina en el horario indicado. Segundo, porque cuando los contactamos por teléfono no respondían a tiempo ni tampoco daban respuestas a todas las preguntas. Tercero, pero mas importante, porque no te dicen de antemano como funciona el servicio y asumen que estás de acuerdo con alquilarlo sin siquiera saber nada acerca de las condiciones. Al final no pudimos alquilarlo (cuando ya habíamos ido el día y hora pactado, ya con el auto seleccionado).

We rented a Toyota Land Cruiser for a few days. Agent B communicated with us very well even before the rental. Agent B was always punctual, very communicative, and checked in with us during our trip to make sure everything was okay. When we returned the car, Agent B was also very flexible about the time and was more than punctual at the drop-off location. The car was perfect for our trip, the country, and the rough roads, and it was a ton of fun! I highly recommend this car rental company!
