I found this company and they quickly booked my appointment within 1 day, picked me up from the hotel and accompanied me through the medical visit, translated, explained everything well, helped me get prescription and invited me to the office for a wrap up discussion with another doctor. I had an excellent experience and a pleasant journey.
I booked the health checkup package ad hoc while I was in Antalya. The coordinator, Ali, responded within hours with details after my initial contact. The checkup was arranged quickly and was a full-day process. I walked to the office which was just a few blocks away from my hotel in the morning (they can also arrange a free transfer from the hotel if needed). After the registration, Ali called a private car and escorted me to a well-established hospital where the check-up actually took place. I went through countless tests, scans and checks. The findings were released only after a few hours; such a speed was considered unimaginable in the more developed world. I was arranged to meet with each specialist for their respective areas like internal medicine, oncologist, cardiologist, gastroenterologist, hematologist, etc., who explained the findings to me in-person. Ali did a great job of English interpretation for me as most of the specialists are Turkish-speaking. I was given the full report and a couple of prescriptions in the afternoon. Ali then escorted me to a nearbly pharmacy to get the prescripted medicines. After the checkup, we returned to the office where Dr. Mehmet Çallıoğlu did an overview and suggested some follow-ups for me.
It was a premium-class service for a very affordable price. I would have paid 3-4 times of that price had I done the same checkup in my home country. I would get a call from my GBP only if there are concerning findings in the report; otherwise I would never hear from them. Having each specialist explaining the findings to me is really a pleasant surprise, and something unconceivable in my past experience, especially given the affordable price. Ali and his team did a great job for the entire process.
In general, I have found Turkish people friendly and genuine. The medical profession (I also went for dental treatment with another clinic) is surprisingly capable, professional and honest, defying many people's prejudiced perception (or misperception) about an emerging market.

I went with Healing Journey after doing a lot of research into other providers. When I spoke with Dr Mehmet, I was immediately put at ease because he understood clearly what I was hoping to get out of my medical examination and which tests would be most beneficial.
When I arrived in Antalya, everything went extremely smoothly. Ali, who accompanied me throughout the day and provided translation where necessary, was a reassuring presence throughout. He also happened to have studied history at university (like me) so we had some interesting conversations throughout the day.
When I asked for an impromptu cosmetic dental appointment as I had some spare time as well, they quickly arranged that for me, which was a nice way to end the trip. Overall, I would definitely recommended them and will be using them again next time I have medical needs.

Healing Journey Medical Travel delivered exceptional care and coordination during our recent dental trip to Antalya. My wife needed a procedure that would normally have an eight-month wait in Ireland; Healing Journey collected her details and arranged an MRI and an expert consultation within 72 hours. When I saw that level of responsiveness I contacted them for adult ADHD testing and they arranged two separate tests plus an hour-long consultation with a psychiatrist, with results and explanation delivered the same day.
They handled everything through WhatsApp, answered every question promptly, picked us up from the hotel, welcomed us in person at their office, and walked us through the entire schedule. A staff member stayed with us during each appointment, translated our questions to avoid any miscommunication with doctors, and provided English translations of all test results so we could follow up at home. After everything was complete they drove us back to the hotel.
I felt genuinely cared for at every step. Their speed, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail turned a potentially stressful medical trip into a seamless, reassuring experience. I could not recommend Healing Journey more highly.

I had an amazing experience with Healing Journey! The prices were very affordable for the full set of medical checkups I went through. The staff were incredibly supportive — they guided me through every step and translated what the doctors were saying, so I never felt the need for an interpreter.

Pure Excellence at its very best!
Doctor Ali and his team delivered an exceptional and caring approach to my medical needs and requirements.
They elimated all my fears and concerns and provided; a really caring service for my heart condition, the CT scan and neck ultrasound. They even provided me, the medical reports not just by CD, but also by email for fear they would get damaged in transit, going home.
I would definately use the service again, in actual fact, I will be back for my reynolds/Arthritis.
