Razvan is an absolute joy to work with! He showed unbelievable patience and compassion when my brother and I reached out to him to sell the family home we grew up in. He was super helpful and guided us through the process. Then when we were ready to list the house, he took no prisoners! It was amazing to see him in action. Zero hesitation to do whatever it took to get the job done.

I am glad I could find my rental unit with Razvan. I needed help as I lived in Vancouver and was looking for an apartment in Windsor. He searched for me and visited there. Raz and Adrian helped us get a house which we could call home. They helped us through the entire home buying process from mortgage pre-approval, to house hunting, then to putting an offer and finally closing. Raz drove us around the entire city since we were new to Windsor multiple times to give us a good idea about the neighborhoods and demographics while Adrian helped us get a better rate after our pre approval.
