Loved this place! Me and my girlfriend wanted a little weekend getaway and it was way better than we expected! Honestly one of the best trips I’ve been on. The house was incredible, It had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway and then some! Walkable distance to an amazing winery and not far from other hot spots. Loved sitting in the hot tub while it snowed and overall had an amazing time!! 10/10 Will definitely be trying to make regular trips back to the place!

What a fantastic way to wrap up another amazing trip to CO!Manitou Springs is such a neat little town!! With mineral taps you can drink and fill bottles from a walking tour of Manitou is a MUsT!! Being so close to Pike’s Peak was a thrill!!!My favorite thing about my stay was a soak in the hot tub to start and end my day!!Thank you for having such a lovely rental!!I can’t wait to come back for a visit!!!

What an incredible weekend stay, very comfortable and extremely cute and absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway! Clean, relaxing and intimate. We had such an incredible experience and Carrie was very responsive and they are top notch providing what you need to feel perfectly taken care of. Amazing place to stay! It is best to stay at least two nights to enjoy the full extent of the well thought out details. Very clean and comfortable!

Great place to stay. Very quiet. It's not quite as private as it seems...so be aware when sitting out on the deck in the mornings as people walking bye can see you.

We loved our stay at Carries Love Nest! The views are incredible. A hot tub overlooking the mountains- just perfect! I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities inside the cottage. From the lighted mirror to the fireplace and lights to the bathroom, every detail was well selected and made it a very nice place to stay! I would definitely want to come stay here again!!

So the pros to this property are that it is clean and well stocked with toiletries and snacks, plus 2 bottles of water. The cons: This place has no privacy at all. The "love nest" is a tiny one room dwelling with a huge patio and a hot tub. But there is a bigger house on the same property that they are also renting out. It is very close to the "love nest" and there is absolutely no privacy. When I pointed this out to the host I was told I was being "unreasonable " to expect privacy for the price we paid. Fair enough I guess, but I want to warn you what you're getting into. From the time we checked at 3pm and until 730pm the landscaper was there right underneath the patio. We did feel comfortable using the patio or hottub with her there. We were stuck inside the tiny bedroom until she left. Then, when she finally left the people who were renting the big house on the property arrived. They were so close to us that we felt like fish in a fish bowl. Host was hostile when I complained.

This place was fantastic! Perfect for a couple wanting to get away from it all. It was private and everything you could possibly need or want was provided! Probably one of the best sites for a couple and I will be recommending it to the couples I know that want to visit the area. Thanks Carrie! Everything was so easy!
Um…what a cute place. Birds nest theme throughout. Amazing jacuzzi for two. Aesthetics. Sensual pleasures. Very likely to come back.

It was clear that so much thought and care was put into curating the Love Nest. The view was incredible and every creature comfort was available during our stay. The most memorable parts of our stay were the darling personalized finishing touches that made this space unique and fun. The love nest is high on our list for places to return.

Perfect retreat for us after leaving the kiddo with the grandparents - Mom and Dad needed a break. The love nest was a lovely place to reconnect. The best was the large bed and that it was easy to get cozy and watch some TV. The mini kitchen appliances were perfect for drinking coffee, keeping drinks cool or have some snacks ready. The sink and shower were fancy and the bidet kept my tush warm!We were so cozy inside (slippers included and on), we never used the hot tub! The neighborhood was very quiet and the provided games were also perfect to help reconnect. Oh, the electric fireplace was the best part on those cool nights. Thanks to great hosts.

We felt right at home when we walked in, the decor is amazing and vibrant. This little getaway is a diamond in the rough! Carrie thought about everything in advance. There was not one thing that we had to thing to bring except ourselves. We WILL be back, we are considering to coming back every 3 months. This place was healing to our marriage. I will be sending all my friends to Carrie!
