I cannot say enough wonderful things about Madison Lopez! I was utterly overwhelmed and intimidated at the thought of buying a house and then having to sell the one we were currently living in, all with three kiddos under 5. My family is SO grateful to have had Madison and her husband Beau in our corner throughout the entire process. I initially found Madison through her social media and really enjoyed seeing content around Colorado Springs and neighborhoods that I was familiar with and I loved learning about things in the city that I haven’t enjoyed yet. As soon as I reached out with my interest in buying/selling, Madison met me with so much information and zero pressure. It was so lovely to have someone to turn to with questions, concerns, etc. .. without feeling like I needed to commit right away or make any decisions before we were ready. Another aspect we appreciated was being able to reach out at any time. As a mom, Madison understood texts and calls at non-conventional times. She genuinely listens and responds. That was SO reassuring. Madison walked us through our offer negotiation and helped it work for our family’s finances. She was my go-to for inspection questions, all the paperwork, what to sign, packing for the move, and resources we needed as we were getting settled. She made this seemingly impossible task doable. After we purchased a home and had to begin the selling process, I was thankful to have Madison with us from the start! Throughout the process, we always felt like Madison genuinely had our best interests in mind. She was honest when we needed advice, reassuring us when things became stressful, and incredibly knowledgeable when decisions needed to be made. She staged our home beautifully and negotiated an amazing offer!! We ended the experience with a home we love and a successful sale of our previous home, but more importantly, we felt supported from beginning to end. We would wholeheartedly recommend Madison Lopez to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We truly could not have asked for a better person to guide us through such a huge transition for our family.

Madison was absolutely incredible during the entire process, she worked her tail off to find us an incredible deal despite us being from out of state. We went new build. And her connections that she’s built over the years were incredibly invaluable. We found the perfect home at a price a little over what we expected, but with the lender she recommended we managed to get the payments in our range, mind you I don’t have perfect credit and all the other lenders I talked with said there was no chance. We feel so blessed to have worked with Madison, she truly was a god send for us, and I highly recommend her.

Madison is the absolute best realtor I could’ve ever asked for. I reached out to her about 7 months before moving to Colorado Springs because of how much she seemed to care for her clients and their home buying experience. She was immediately so helpful and friendly. She promptly provided me a list of local recommendations for restaurants, sights, things to do and she connected us through OneHome, where we could see her personalized recommendations and comments on homes that fit our needs. Despite me being so far out from actually buying a home, she never once wavered or stopped communicating with me. Always checking in with how I was doing and if I had any questions from month one until after the purchase. I felt like a top priority even when seven months out. She has an abundance of connections in the springs. For almost anything, she has a local contact to get things done. She was also constantly available, even on weekends, evenings, during trips, etc., which just shows how much she cares. There was never any pressure to buy. It was never transactional. It purely felt like working with a friend and an advocate that truly cared about me and my family’s wellbeing. I couldn’t be more grateful. She made my move to Colorado Springs seamless and perfect. We happily closed on a house that was everything we wanted. If you are moving to Colorado, Madison is the realtor you want.

There are many wonderful things that can be said about Madison Lopez & if you’re looking for a phenomenal realtor; you need to read this entirely! Initially my Wife and I were not sure if we wanted to be homeowners, we were content with renting for the next 3-6 years. Eventually we realized that our needs have outgrown our desires. So we decided that we’d find a home and settle into something bigger for our family. At first, finding a home was extremely stressful, it seemed impossible to find something that truly fit our desires and overall satisfaction. To include we honestly didn’t have the best team behind us as well. We felt defeated and were nearly through with trying. So, we figured we’d remain in our small apartment and eventually we’d just try again in another state, or in another time in our lives. However, my Wife discovered Madison through social media, although we were not fully invested within her services, my Wife and her had spent a considerable amount of time conversing about homes. Madison did such a tremendous job at ensuring we were keeping our options open, we met Madison the next day and immediately knew we wanted to work with her to find our home. Working with Madison was truly a pleasure; from the very start she was nothing less than honest. She was extremely transparent with us, she was absolutely relatable and above all else we never felt like a meal ticket or just another transactional relationship to her. The only downside of working with Madison is that you wish the business can be completed, just so that you can start flourishing what would be an awesome friendship. Madison is a real professional at what she does, and when you choose to work with her you will get a hyper focused person that will help you hunt for your dream home, someone who is compassionate and someone who is endeavors to make you feel like buying your dream home is a fun and beautiful experience. Not a dreadful task! If we could, my Wife and I would take Madison to every state and country to shop for future homes. Don’t waste your time shopping around Zillow, she is the one you need on your team. Thanks to Madison, my Wife and I bought a home we never believed we’d have and we are just so blessed and fortunate to have had this experience with her.
