I had a great experience with The London Removal Company! I needed to move within a few days notice and Barry sent me a quote the same day I inquired. Alan was my driver and he was on time and took great care of my belongings. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely rebook!

My experience started off very good and Karen was very helpful and responsive in providing a quote and getting my removal booked in. However, on the day two people turned up from AnyVan (not sure why the company did not use its own staff and rather sub contracted to two people working for AnyVan). This in itself was not a problem but I had an item go missing during my move (a bottle of champagne which was bought to celebrate moving into my new home). This was not packed away in a box like the rest of my items but was handed to the removal people in a carrier bag to store securely within the van. I raised this straightaway with The London Removals Company who said they would look into it. I had to chase numerous times for an update and I was eventually told that they had asked the individuals who carried out the removal and they had said they did not take the champagne and did not recall seeing it. This is unsurprising, I would not expect someone to own up to taking someone else’s belongings. I replied to London Removals Company to express my concern and have just been ignored since.
I would avoid using this company as if you are unlucky like me to have removal people sent (who don’t even work for the London removals company) and something goes missing, the company will not take your concerns seriously.
LRC did a great job, turned up on time, Daniel and his colleague (apologies remember you lived in Blackheath but in all the moving forgot your name!) were very professional and did the work quickly. Karen in the office did us a quote quickly and was up front and clear about costs exactly as they turned out to be. Would thoroughly recommend

We moved from London to Chester and thought finding a moving company to do this that was reliable and not extortionate rates would be impossible but I am so glad we found The London Removal Company.
Karen was an absolute delight to speak with and made arranging the move so easy and as stress free as possible. We actually booked the guys twice as we were let down last minute and needed to move some bits from a storage location to our place before moving everything to Chester and the team at LRC were so helpful and made it possible without our budget going through the roof!
They were so quick while still being careful with our items and despite the 4 hour drive, the team were still in high spirits with a lovely warm and friendly energy while unpacking.
Thank you so much, we couldn't have done it without you guys!

Incredible service from enquiry all the way through to completion of the move, and beyond! We had tricky items worth £100k+ to move and Steve and his team did a fantastic job. Such nice people, super fast response, so accommodating and a great price. Can't thank them enough for the work carried out. Will certainly be using again!

Prompt, friendly, helpful, professional and efficient from my first enquiry, through to video survey and quote, and ultimately to the 3 brilliant men who did my move on the day. I delayed them by hours because of problems getting the keys to my new property and it ended up eating late into their Friday evening. But they were wonderfully good-natured about it right to the last moment and I'm so grateful - it really helped me manage my own stress!
All my belongings were well cared for and delivered to exactly the spot I requested.
Highly recommended.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Packing was satisfactory but actual removal POOR. They broke a bed and a chest of drawers but kept quiet then when asked denied it. Lost some boxes but again denied it. Turned up with a van not big enough for a 3 bedroom house. Struggled lifting things. Inexperienced. Put things in wrong boxes and wrong rooms. Had to do 2 trips then forgot half the stuff. Tried to get garden table apart and damaged - in the end we had to tell them to leave it was we were running out of time before the new owners moved in. Did not respond to any subsequent emails, texts or calls after initial one where they denied it. All I can say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They also appear to have no liability insurance from our checks. I notice they have changed name. Used to be O&J Van and Man. Best stick to van and man as they are hopeless at proper removals! VERY POOR!

The whole team were really helpful, professional and friendly right from our first enquiry to the end of the day of removal. They broke down and built up 2 beds for us and packed fragile items as well as loading and unloading the removal van. I would recommend The London Removal Company to anyone looking to move!
1st class service from Barry, Billy and the rest of team throughout.
Barry was always available to discuss details about the move and kept everything simple and straight forward.
Billy and the team arrived at our home the day before our move to pack all our belongings. They were careful and respectful with all our possessions and did a great job - worth every penny!
We also paid for our wardrobes and beds to be deconstructed and reassembled at our new address. Again, the guys did a great job and no damage was caused.
We moved from Penge to Beckenham and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the local area. They were also more competitively priced than a number of other local removal companies. On that point the quotation process was very easy.
The London Removal Company were always professional, always on time (important when moving home) and made the actual moving part of buying a new home stress free. Great service!
