We called Guy after locking ourselves out the house on a Sunday afternoon and he arrived within 15 minutes. Due to the quality of the door and the fact that our keys were in the other side, it took him a while to drill through the lock but he wasn't giving up and eventually he got in. Such a lovely friendly chap, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to meet. We were very grateful to him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
