If problems arise as they sometimes do, they will do whatever it takes and provide creative solutions to make it work. Jonathan and Caitlin have helped us on many transactions and they are a powerhouse of a team. They have not failed us once. Being very easy to work with and having certain things expedited when necessary is what keeps us coming back!

I had an extremely negative experience with Cody Yu, a recruiter from TheLender. He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and arrogant throughout our interaction. His tone was unprofessional and condescending, making it clear that he had little respect for candidates. Instead of providing helpful guidance or even basic courtesy, he came across as impatient and borderline disrespectful. It honestly felt like he had no interest in building a professional relationship, which is the bare minimum expected from someone in a recruiting role. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on both him and TheLender. I would strongly discourage anyone from working with him.

My experience with Cody Yu at TheLender was unfortunately quite disappointing. From the beginning, his communication style felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism I would normally expect from a recruiter. There was a noticeable tone of arrogance in our interaction, and at times his responses came across as impatient and lacking basic courtesy. As a candidate, I value clear, respectful communication, and that standard was not met in this case. A recruiter often serves as the first impression of a company, so this experience raised concerns about the overall professionalism and candidate experience at TheLender. I hope they take steps to improve this moving forward.

Rande, the Account Executive, and Brandon, the Account Manager, were both extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, worked quickly, and made sure everything moved forward fast and efficiently. Even though the file was complicated, they stayed on top of every detail and were there whenever I needed assistance.
