lack of communication, sent emails, vm messages, no response whatsoever, underwriters are unreachable asked for conditions over and over again, really frustrating to work with a lender like this when three are plenty of lenders out there..... I would use this lender for none qm, they underwrite files as it they were underwriting a full doc loan, on bank statements asking for documentation with detail break down of deposits, some self- employed borrower can't do this........ don't waste your time
