We absolutely love TLE Daycare and highly recommend it to young families. The staff truly knows every child by name and builds genuine relationships not only with the kids, but with the parents as well. Many of them are parents themselves, which really shows in the care, understanding, and empathy they bring every day.
You can feel how much they genuinely love and care for the children, and that peace of mind is priceless as a parent. We feel incredibly lucky to have such a supportive, nurturing environment for our child.
My son is really happy, he loves to go to his preschool everyday, he loves his teachers Ms. Denise and Ms. Allie. The method of learning is different and more inspiring for kids. The Manager Milina is always kind and attentive.

Our experience at The Learning Experience in Livingston was deeply disappointing and harmful to our son.
From the beginning, it felt as though the administration attempted to force our child into a rigid, cookie-cutter mold rather than approaching him as an individual. In the 90 days we were enrolled, the concerns raised often felt excessive and out of proportion for a typical four-year-old.
During his time there, our son was subjected to bullying and unkind behavior from classmates, which was not adequately addressed. He experienced daily emotional meltdowns, asked to be picked him up early every day, and grew to hate going to school altogether. He expressed feeling that the administration and staff did not like him, which was heartbreaking to hear from a child so young.
Communication with us was overwhelmingly negative. Not once did a staff member share something positive about our son, despite him being described by multiple childcare professionals we trust as exhibiting entirely age-appropriate behavior. We received near-daily reports of issues that felt outlandish and unnecessarily alarming.
Additionally, very few staff members used positive reinforcement or supportive intonation when speaking to children. Class sizes were extremely large, up to 25 children in a single classroom!
Perhaps most troubling was the inconsistency and insensitivity in communication. While staff spoke one way to us in person, they sent urgent-toned emails about our son during two major life events for our family, including one email sent just two days before our wedding, framing matters as emergencies when they were not.
Early childhood education should be rooted in patience, compassion, and developmental understanding. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this location.
Great experience! Starting from the application process until the enrolment completion, Management and Operations followed up with me and made sure all are good. Facility is nice, clean and had a great outdoor play area. Teachers and school environment are great. Our kid loves to go here with excitement every day.

My son has been attending this daycare since the Toddler A classroom, and we’ve had such a wonderful experience. His Toddler A teachers, Alondra and Sydney, were amazing with him, so patient, caring, and attentive. They helped him transition smoothly, and he always came home happy and excited to return the next day.
He’s now in the Toddler B classroom with Summer and Johari, and we couldn’t be more grateful. They are incredibly warm and supportive, and I’ve seen so much growth in him socially, emotionally, and with his daily routines. He absolutely loves going to school, and that peace of mind means everything to me as a parent.
The director and staff are always professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in the children. I truly appreciate the safe, positive environment they create every day.
Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring and nurturing place for their child!
When our son’s previous preschool came under new management and the entire staff changed, we made the decision to follow the director and teachers we trusted to their new school. Looking back, it was absolutely the best decision we could have made. Our son is truly thriving here.
The teachers are incredibly attentive—not only in a group setting, but also to his individual needs. With his allergies and asthma, it gives us so much peace of mind knowing that the staff is diligent and proactive about his health and safety. The communication between the school and parents is outstanding; we always feel informed, supported, and part of the process.
The school’s character-based learning tools are wonderful and have helped our son engage with lessons in such a fun and meaningful way. The management team also goes above and beyond with creative monthly themes, enriching school-day activities, and weekend events that bring families together.
We are consistently impressed by the structure and curriculum that TLE provides. Our son is learning, growing, and genuinely excited to go to school each day. We are so grateful to have found a place that cares this deeply about children and their families.

I was very excited about a daycare option that's just a 4 min from my workplace. However, that excitement quickly vanished after the tour due to a policy I find concerning.
They prohibit parents from making in-person visits to see their children during the day. They allow a quick hug visit but thats it? My original plan was to use my lunch break to spend time with my child, but this is not allowed.
Their justification is that parent visits would interrupt their lesson plan. This explanation is confusing since the room is an infant nursery, and the children are dont even talk or walk. I struggle to understand what important activity a parent's brief visit would disrupt.
Adding to my discomfort is their alternative offer: instead of in-person visits, parents are told they can watch their children via a live-stream camera from a separate room.
The combination of the no-in-person-visit rule and the lack of true, continuous live-stream access (they offer an app for periodic photo updates instead of constant streaming) is a major concern for me.
Ms. Kim in the infant room is amazing! She takes such good care of my 4-month-old daughter and always lets me know how her day went. She also keeps me updated when she needs more supplies. I really appreciate her!
Our son has been at TLE- Heathrow since he was 9mos old & it has been the best decision we made. Every single staff member has been exceptional in his care! We truly are able to trust our son in their care with no reservation. As our son has transitioned to the 2yo class, Ally & Maddison have been such a saving grace, the structure & the creativity they bring to class truly makes a difference in our son’s learning & development. Happy really does happen at TLE -Heathrow and we can’t say enough about how thankful we are to have such great teachers that truly are invested in our son’s learning experience.

My child has been attending TLE for a year now, and we are extremely happy with this center. All of the teachers are kind, caring, and truly do their best every day. Their communication is excellent, whether it’s updating us about something that happened during the day or discussing a transition to a new classroom, they always keep us informed.
What I appreciate most is that when we ask them to follow a specific request or routine for our child, they listen and follow it exactly. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is in such a supportive and attentive environment. We are very satisfied and grateful for the love and care our child receives at TLE.

My son and daughter were in TLE, and we had overall good experience. The teaching curriculum is good, and my daughter is ready for kindergarten since she recently graduated from there. My son also had a good time there, having fun learning and playing. The playground is also spacious. I like their summer camps including good activities and short trips. Teachers are Friendly and helpful. My daughter liked her teachers Manjori and Cassy and my son likes his teacher Ms.Novi. Administrator Payal, Assistant Director Amanda and director Tanisha are on-site and respond promptly whenever needed. The quality of the lunch food they serve for kids is also good.
