Dylan brought and programmed a key on the spot, cut the blank key insert with no existing key all in less than 30 minutes the day after I called. Quick to quote over the phone. Very informative and knowledgeable. Very good business. He recommended a better quality key fob and it definitely made sense! Much more affordable than a dealership.

Absolutely blown away by the level of care and service Dylan provided. I called him 8 PM on a Wednesday night to replace my car key and he was at my house handing me my new key within 30 minutes. A couple weeks later I called him back I thinking my car troubles were related to the new key. He sat with me on the phone for at least 10 mins helping me trouble shoot it and determine it was most likely the battery. He provided me some recommendations of types to get and where I could get them. Can’t say enough good things!

This way by far the best key fob replacement. Dylan was so impressive with his determination. Most people when I call and tell them I own a Volkswagen I usually get told we don't service them. Dylan took the challenge and conquered the vdub. Orange peel is back on the road thanks to the Key Man dylan. I will forever recommend until he retires.
