We’ve moved with this company twice (one time unloading a truck, and other time the apartment to apartment moving within Hoboken) and both experiences were excellent. The team was always punctual, careful with our belongings, and very professional. When needed, they disassembled items such as a bed or a bookcase, carefully packed everything, and arrived fully prepared with all the necessary packing materials — including plastic wrap, moving blankets, and tape for the furniture. Everything was securely wrapped, and they always cleaned up all packing materials afterward, which we truly appreciated.I’d also like to mention how transparent their pricing is — you know exactly what your move will cost in advance, with no surprises. A small tip: if you’re planning a move in July or August, I recommend reaching out early, as it’s a very busy moving season.

What an absolute dream to have these guys in my corner! Their positive energy combined with their efficient, yet 'handle with care' approach completely dissolved any anxiety I had about the move. As a result, I saved so much energy I would have spent moving myself, and was able to completely unpack and settle in in the same day! (P.S. they completed my 5 mile, 1 BR move in only 2 hours!) - I'll be using them again for sure!

I hired the Jersey movers to execute a move from my apartment in Hoboken to a 3 story walk up. I had heard about other companies, but wanted to keep it local. Chris and team were extremely communicative, transparent and fantastic throughout planning, move day and after. Not only did they show up early, but they finished within a requested window to fulfill a family obligation in the afternoon. They even went out of their way to find a dresser knob after I reported it missing, and brought it to the apartment and installed it within 15 minutes of saying it was missing. Absolutely fantastic experience and I will be calling Chris immediately for all future moves.

My partner and I used Jersey Movers and had an excellent experience. It was a seamless process start to finish: From their preparation beforehand in equipping us with boxes and tape to the care they took day of to ensure our possessions were safe and secure during the process. Not to mention Chris’s team moved with great speed and efficiency and were thoughtful when reassembling our furniture in the new space. While no one looks forward to having to move apartments/locations, at least we know we’ll be calling Jersey Movers to receive the same quality, care, and attention to detail.

Highly recommend! I moved from a walk up apartment to another walk up apartment in the middle of a heavy storm—even still, the team was careful and efficient. Chris and his team even helped with a couple of extra unexpected items. Price was very reasonable and worth every cent!

I had such a wonderful experience using The Jersey Movers. They were so professional, careful, punctual and nice! Chris and his team went above and beyond for us during our move. They even removed heavy furniture previous tenants left behind and helped us move a few extra things we needed help with. Their communication leading up to the move was also fantastic.
