Throughout the series of sessions I had she was patient,thorough and very attentive to my responses.

Very relaxing session today. Louise is helping me with some spinal issues including cervical spondylosis. I’m continuing with treatment as today was extremely relaxing. Louise is highly professional and definitely knows a great deal about acupuncture. A extremely nurturing and caring therapist indeed. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her services.

Excellent service. Louise is helping me with menopause symptoms, tiredness ect, I've had 3 sessions so far and I'm feeling more energised and calmer. Would highly recommend.

I had very bad eczema on my first visit in mid April this year. I am very happy now that I only need fortnightly treatment for preventative care. Every time during the procedure I feel comfortable and well cared for. And afterwards I get much-improved sleep and my energy regained. I am so blessed to have finally found Louise during a prolonged suffering from relapse of eczema.

I've been visiting Louise to help with severe ankle pain.
The acupuncture sessions have significantly reduced the pain I feel, to the point where I no longer think about ankle problems in my day to day life, it's just no longer there!
Each session has been focused on resolving this discomfort but also improvements towards all round health and wellbeing, which have both greatly improved since my first session.
Cannot thank Louise enough for the huge help with my physical and mental wellbeing!

I have been coming to the Jade Centre for Acupuncture for the last 8 months.
Louise helped me with a post viral fatigue at the beginning of the year using Acupuncture. Since July I have had several sessions to help with my grief of loosing my brother very suddenly. The sessions have been undertaken with compassion, professionalism and have benefitted me enormously. The sessions have kept me sane, unblocked and made me realise I have grown as a person since my brothers death. Thank you Louise

I initially booked to see Louise to help with a bit of back pain I was experiencing and had been recommended acupuncture by a couple of my friends. However on further investigation on her website I realised she also treated hayfever/allergic rhinitis which I had been struggling with for months. My symptoms were pretty bad, sneezing constantly and uncontrollable itching all around my face - it was affecting my work, my sleep, my day-to-day life, and not just at certain times of the year, it was constant. I had gone as far as I could with my doctor (I am allergic to antihistamine and had tried every nasal spray on the market) so had really given up hope that anything could be done and I'd just have to live with it. However I told Louise about it at my consultation and she said she believed she could help. Louise was so thorough in going through all the details of my symptoms and timelines of reactions, my lifestyle and what could be triggers for me - I felt so heard. And after just one session of acupuncture I felt like a new woman, it was incredible! After my initial course of 6 treatments my symptoms had all but disappeared, I could hardly believe it. My energy levels were back on track and I honestly felt amazing. Louise also prescribed me some Chinese herbs and explained how they help my defense systems for a longer term solution. I now just go for a monthly acupuncture session to keep on top of it and I literally float out of the room afterwards, as not only does it help enormously with my symptoms, it's incredibly relaxing! I honestly cannot recommend Louise highly enough, her advice, care and treatment have been life-changing for me.

I decided to try acupuncture for a persistent pneumonitis. In hope that it helped with the inflammation of my lungs. I’ve had two sessions and can say I’ve definitely felt an improvement after both sessions. I’ll be sticking with it until I am back to normal.
