Replacement Water Heater
The Italian Plumber was recommended to us by a couple of neighbours who were both more than satisfied with work they'd done.
They put some effort into making sure we had the right replacement, not as easy as you'd think when you have a stoneage heater with an outsize flue and only neat, compact modern units to pick from.
The work got done, they were reasonably priced, punctual, neat and I would also say that the office seemed really organised when it came to scheduling visits.
So now we've joined our neighbours, if anyone asks, we'd unhesitatingly suggest giving the Italian Plumber a try!

They helped us resolve several plumbing issues in our house, including replacing the pump, taps and shower valves, and getting everything working properly again. What stood out was how practical and honest they were. They clearly explained what needed doing and tried to complete the work as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible, rather than pushing unnecessary jobs.
A special mention to Shane, who carried out all the work. He was absolutely brilliant - knowledgeable, professional and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly.
Also a big thank you to Vicki in the office, who organised everything. She was extremely efficient and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish.
It’s always a relief when you find good, honest tradespeople you can trust, and we were very impressed all round. We’ll definitely use The Italian Plumber again and would happily recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in Acton or the surrounding West London area.

I have used the Italian Plumber for a number of issues requiring different types of expertise and I have never been disappointed. The engineers that come are courteous, professional and most of all knowledgeable. They have always been respectful of my home and clean up when they have completed the job.

The service received from Reception to completion was exemplary. Manu arrived with the part (which a well known large company said was not available, even though on a service contract and would have condemned the boiler, just for a thermocouple) and it was fitted with the heating coming back on. The office staff ate very helpful
Liam came a few days aftet calling The Italian Plumber. He came and immediately diagnosed the problem with out shower thermostat. He had to order a spare part . 4 days later it arrived and Liam fitted it. Now the shower works perfectly. Liam is professional and easy to talk to. I would defiately use them again
Boiler replacement
had The Italian Plumber in for a site survey, my boiler was on its last leg and i’ve had it for over 15 years.. the whole experience from booking with the office team, to having Samuele in my home to check what needs to be done and what additional can help as a “nice to have” extra work made me feel very reassured.. I saw other companies in the W4 areas but I decided to go with them because of the positive reviews and the fact that I always see their vans locally… We went ahead with the boiler replacement, and I can’t find a fault with the whole experience
Boiler Installation
Had an appointment for a boiler installation quote. As it happened when this company turned up another company was on site to give a quote as well. The Italian Plumber company took offence and in a rude manner said a few things and decided to leave...as is their prerogative. It would appear they are not interested in being competitive and so I am glad I did not waste my time with them.
